The staff was very friendly and patient with my 16 year old autistic daughter, they were willing to try anything to help her get comfortable with the visit. When Dr. Gonzales came in the room he was very understanding to my daughter needs and tried to get her to relax while still attempting to get some of the exam procedures completed. My daughter is non verbal but was to able to do some steps to help get through the eye exam, I appreciate the staffs effort as we did take up some extra time.

My visit to this office was great. The staff and the doctor treated me with respect and they gave me clear instructions about procedures, office policies and waiting time in the exam rooms. Doctor Gonzalez was very nice and professional. He answered all the questions my husband and I had about our daughter's diagnosis and he and the staff treated my daughter with care and attention. Don't let bad reviews control your medical decisions. My experience is that many people in the USA are unaware that people from different cultural backgrounds have different work behaviors and manners. Just because they are different , it does not mean that they are disrespectful, unprofessional or else.

Took my daughter for her first appointment and was very pleased with the whole process beginning to end. The front desk was very sweet and very helpful. Dr. Gonzalez was very professional and was very nice when examining my daughter and made us feel comfortable. I highly recommend and will be coming for our future visits!

My 2.5 year old son had an appointment this morning. Dr. Gonzalez was very friendly and professional and was able to make my son comfortable even though he often has anxiety in new places and around new people. I felt the visit was very professional and the doctor was knowledgeable. We will go for future visits.

I've been taking all of my 4 children for the past 15 years. Dr Gonzales is an excellent Dr knows what he's doing explains things very well has a great personality and always makes my children comfortable. Has an awesome vibe and energy. I recommend him to anyone he will take care of you and your eyes

We love Dr. Gonzales! My daughter has seen him since she was 2 months old, when he diagnosed her with Strabismus. She is now 17 and we wouldn't see anyone else. He has performed two eye surgeries on her and always given us the best care over all these years. Worth the 2 1/2 hour drive to Houston to get the kind of care he has always given to my daughter.

Great and wonderful office staff. The nurses are very friendly and knowledgeable. Dr. Gonzales is great, nice, sweet, outstanding and very professional. He has stayed like that through out the years we have been going to his office. For great customer service I recommend it 100%.

Fantastic experience. The staff was amazing, front desk, the assistant, our Dr. I don't think I will ever go elsewhere for my children's eye needs. Front desk sorted out a last minute hiccup with insurance for me, so gracious even texted me at night to inform me. The assistant who did the check up was so patient and the Dr is very knowledgeable and I loved he addressed my child about her upcoming procedure.
