The people seem nice and doctor was nice. Never saw doctor again after exam. My problem here is quality, the glasses are by far the worst I have had in my 20 years of wearing glasses. Within the first few months I had 3 different warranty. They are not cheap I spent almost 500 for 1 pair. The lenses scratch within a few weeks even only using the little cloth they give you. They warranted them and still scratches right away. I paid for scratch resistant and these are definitely not. I'm very frustrated that I will be having to buy new glasses again soon from somewhere else. I do not recommend coming here this is the quality I'd expect at a Walmart not some specialized office. They also charge you shipping for warranty and only warranty 1 time.

I came here to get my glasses prescription filled and a new pair of frames last year. Bob was wonderful! He quickly was able to help get the right pair of frames for me and made sure I didn't pay for any unnecessary add ons to my lens prescription. When I came in two weeks later to check on my order it seemed to have gone missing so Bob reordered everything for replacement at no additional charge. This was a year ago and I have continued to have no issues with my lenses or frames. I definitely plan on purchasing my next pair here as well.

I was very happy with Copperfield Vision. Making my appointment was easy with a friendly staff. My eye exam was very thorough. I did not feel rushed and got good answers to my questions. Ordering my glasses was easy and arrived earlier than expected.

We had a great experience with eye tests and new frames for four family members. There were some issues but the team addressed them promptly. I read back through the reviews, and see that the negatives were before the new doctor. I found the front desk people to be cheerful and helpful, the doctor to be professional, and the frame guru to be practical with no pressure to upgrade.

I am very disappointed in this office visit. I went to the office and ordered prescription contacts paid for expedited service for next day delivery. It's been over 4 days and I have not received my contacts. Denise, the office manager has been very rude, unhelpful and unprofessional when I've voiced not only concerns but asked for other options to get my contacts reordered. Denise hung up the phone on me after I asked to speak with the doctor himself. Sadly, I live 45 minutes away from the office and because of the service I've received in the past I didn't mind the drive but after this incident I will not be returning. I have never had issues with this office but I guess when staff changes the business goes down as well. I will not go back to this office again due to lack of service and lack of empathy. If you don't want to be in customer service, then you shouldn't be working at an eye doctors office. HOW DISAPPOINTING

A great experience! The whole 4 stars go to the doctor. The doctor is the sweetest and he made us feel super comfortable. However, we didn't feel as comfortable with the guy who does the frames for the glasses. It felt as if you were bothering him even though it was his job.

I liked the way the doctor explained the tests' results and my eyes' health to me. I also love the fact that they do visual field testing, retinal imaging, and other tests too, all at this location. I have been to other places and have found that they do not do visual field testing etc. If you need a complete, comprehensive eye exam, then this is the place for you (Assuming you are looking for an optometrist). I also found this doctor trustworthy. I actually trust his explanation of my results because he was not in a rush. I have been to other places where the optometrist/doctor is in a rush, just wants to give you a prescription, and sell you eye glasses/contacts; their main purpose is to sell you a pair of glasses. My mother, Seemi Khalid, always sees this doctor and going forward, I will, too! Thank you!!

Excellent staff and doctor. Easy to work with and very helpful. I needed some extra contacts before my trip and the ones I ordered had not come in yet. I was given some daily contacts in the meantime free of charge. My wife got hers quickly as well. Awesome.
