Dr. Albert Lin

Please get better receptionists. They are your first contact when a patient comes in. Claiming to call me weeks before for last minute appointment cancelations the day before when I have phone records of that never happening. Actively not listening when telling them about medical updates and issues and having to repeat the same info over and over again. Simple interactions should not take so long and its a constant issue. Even my first doctor's visit tests were repeatedly messed up and had to be done over again.

This doctor and his staff are very unfriendly! Dr. Lin was very rude to me because I was talking to my mom during her appointment. He is pathetic to treat me that way! He never even acknowledged me or spoke to me like I was invisible. Obviously he's racist as well. I'm sure if I were Asian he wouldn't have been unbelievably rude. I have been to many doctors in my life and I have never experienced such a strange thing. Stay away from this doctor!

Waited an hour to be seen and still wasn't seen. This office is poorly managed and they stack the appointments. This is not quality patient care. Don't come to this office and Dr Lin approach is the worst in the business. If I could give him a 0, I would! It's not worth it. All the negative reviews are correct!

One of the best Cataract Surgeons in town. very good experience and reasonable charge. lots of good compliments. especially in Asian communities.

I like to recognize people's great work. Dr. Lin was referred by my friend, he and his staff like Audrey are amazing. Dr. Lin did an excellent job on removing my right eye's cataract. I don't know how he did it but I didn't feel any pain and there's almost no downtime after the surgery. Now I can see near or far clearly like I was 18 and ready for my Thanksgiving feast!!!

Dr. Lin is an exceptional and very knowledgeable doctor. During my appointment he took his time to answer my many questions. I appreciated his thoroughness. My Dad was also a patient of his so I have been to his office numerous times... the previous office and this new one as well... both very neat and clean. Dr. Lin's care for my Dad and now his care for me has always been consistently great with each visit. When reading his biography I was very impressed... he has studied and graduated from some of the most prestigious schools. Being from New Jersey I was especially impressed that he completed a Glaucoma fellowship at Wills Eye Hospital in Philadelphia - that is a very big deal! (and it just so happens that both of my parents were patients at Wills Eye Hospital) I will continue to be under Dr. Lin's care because he is a great doctor... THE BEST!

Dr Lin sit down with my husband explain everything what was going on with eyes. He have perform two surgery on him. He had glaucoma and cataract done a wonderful job on both eye. I highly recommend him if you need surgery come see him. He have good bedside manner. Thank Dr Lin taking care of my husband.

Dr. Lin is a great surgeon and is very nice.
