I was so lucky they had an opening the day I called for an eye exam. Friendly staff that listened to my concern, the doctor was professional and knowledgeable. She took her time to explain and advise on all my needs. I will definitely recommend her.

Can't say enough good things about the Doc and the staff as well. They make you feel extremely comfortable. They're busy but there was almost no waiting. All the newest tech. Very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. If you're looking for an eye doctor in this area, this is the practice your looking for.

not sure the names of the 2 people working the front desk, but they were super nice and helpful. the dude was funny and making jokes about having to redo my eye scans. the doctor actually listened and was helpful through it all. 10/10 hospitality and service

This place has always been my go to, I've been going for years but just this past year I went in there to get just a Glasses exam and my insurance was covering it and my out of pocket was $10.70 it seemed the staff didn't like that and said it's not insurance it's a discount plan. I agreed to do only Glasses but they still did the eye pictures and contacts and my total came out to $146.23 I was not happy with this as I was forced to pay. Not ok and it cool especially since j was doing Christmas shopping right after on a budget.

This was my first visit to this location with Dr. Bao-Tran Nguyen, and I couldn't be more impressed. She provided exceptional care, taking the time to explain every detail of my eye exam with clarity and patience. Her warm, welcoming demeanor made me feel completely at ease almost like family. The front desk team was equally outstanding--friendly, knowledgeable, and quick to assist. The entire experience reflected excellent customer service from start to finish. I will definitely be returning for years to come.

Dr Bao Nguyen and staff were very professional, thorough, punctual, and courteous. Dr Nguyen explained the examination in terms I could understand with options for treatments.
