Gabriella helped me before and after my appt and was very helpful with my insurance questions to letting me know about their promos going on. Dr. Ong sent me off with a prescription for antibiotics for an eye infection and did not sign the prescription, and the pharmacy would not fill it. I called the office and they were argumentative, expecting me to drive back to the office 40 min away to get her signature. When I asked them to call the prescription to the pharmacy I was told the the doctor is very busy and she "might" call it in that day or the next. Something as simple as ensuring that I was given a proper prescription seems too much for the office to handle, causing a delay in care.
