I was a new patient with an emergency situation. I didn't have the proper documentation needed in order for my insurance to cover this visit, so Cynthia made payment arrangements with me and I was able to see Dr Fu. Dr Fu is professional, knowledgeable with a great sense of humor. He knew exactly what was needed for my eye that is healing great .I am very happy with this facility and most of all the staff.

I have always had a positive experience with the Whitsett Group, but this time was a disappointment. Most of the exam was done by a tech. I saw Dr. Fu for less than five minutes, and he was on to the next patient. It felt like an assembly line- little to no interaction whatsoever. Unusual, based on my prior appointments.
