had the pleasure of visiting Dr. Helen Li's office for my eye care needs, and I cannot recommend her highly enough. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by her fantastic staff members, John and Florence, who were friendly, professional, and welcoming. They made me feel at ease and comfortable right away. Dr. Helen Li is an exceptional ophthalmologist who provides excellent care and service to her patients. She has an impressive knowledge of the latest eye care treatments and technologies, and she took the time to explain everything to me in a clear and concise manner. She was patient and attentive, answering all my questions and addressing all my concerns. I was impressed by the level of care and attention I received from Dr. Li and her staff. They made sure I was comfortable throughout the entire appointment and provided me with top-notch service. I left feeling confident in the care I received and the treatment plan that was recommended to me. Overall, I would highly recommend Dr. Helen Li and her team to anyone in need of eye care services. I would not recommend this to anyone coming from the Matiolli vision professionals. The office does not have a proper translator for anyone that may speak Spanish. If you are recommended by the clinic please refer to another place. The clinic can send your results to any other place of your choosing... Don't come here ! And did I mentioned it takes entirely too long for a consultation! This has been a very strenuous experience.

Located along the metro rail line this place is easy to find. Professional service and friendly environment.

I have been a patient of Dr Li's for 5 years, seeing her at least 12 times a year and I wouldn't trade her nor her staff for anything. They are consistently courteous, concerned, informed and well organized.

Office staff is great, especially John. They always accommodate my hectic schedule. Dr. Li is very caring and patient. She goes the extra mile.
