Exceptional Eye Care and Surgery. My mother is recovering from surgery from blood clot behind her eye bursting. She's regaining most of her site in her eye, while she's still in treatment. He is thurough, straight to the point and very honest about treatment for your eyes. I recommend him to any senior.

A very efficient and professional staff and doctor. I have a low threshold for pain and didn't feel anything during my procedure. It was so professionally done I didn't even feel my injection. I recommend to anyone who needs it to come here. I came in very scared and had no pain.

You know when a person loves what they do. Dr. Lam was kind, very detailed with a plan of action for my mom's care, and took the time to explain what it would entail. My mom was absolutely pleased with her care and happy to continue her future care with Dr. Lam. He is a great doctor and I would recommend him to anyone looking for great care! Thank you Dr. Lam and staff! The staff was professional and quick in getting my mom seen so I cannot forget to praise them for their great service as well.

My first time to meet Dr Lam. Very pleasant, professional, knowledgeable & very thorough with the eye exam and explanation of my eye situation now and later. I like that he sat down and took his time to talk to me, unlike other MDs who are always rushing to get out to see other patients .

Best in the business. I've had treatments and surgeries with Dr Lam. Felt very safe and comfortable. I wish I still lived in Houston so I can go back to him. As a matter of fact, I will go back to Houston just to get treated by Dr Lam

Saw Dr. Lam today and he came in a lightning speed. He asked for my reason to visit and as I barely started talking he's already doing his examination without me even properly explaining him my situation yet. Does a quick exam, says he see's nothing and tells me to comeback if symptoms change and walks out with his PA. I was in the waiting lobby forever and he was done with me in less than 5 minutes. Did not ask me if I needed any medication or what my past history was with my eyes. Nothing! He's definitely not personable nor empathetic. Frankly didn't really seem like he likes his job. I truly hate doctors with cocky attitudes. I would be terrified if I was stuck with him for an eye surgery. He has potential but he needs better training and should re-evaluate his approach with patients. Needs to slow down a bit, listen to patient first, show empathy with their situations, ask if they need medicine or a refill and take some time with them.

I took my father to visit Dr. Lam after meeting with several other retinal surgeons. He was very patient and very thorough in his explanations. He took the time to explain everything to us and answer all of our questions. He has the kindest demeanor. We left the office knowing our doctor cared for us..

My experience with Dr Lam been great, he make sure my eyes it's ok he care about his patients. The staff as well great thanks. Julien.
