The eye doctor scams totally. She charge me 100 every time and I talk to my insurance and they are charging 20-30 percent more on top of the co-payment with the insurance. The office does not collect credit card if she does she will charge you a fee to avoid taxes. She also charge other people payments when they shouldn't have to pay when their insurance is paying for it. She is a liar worst place ever . She is just a scammer for money. NEVER GO HERE IF YOU DO PLEASE KNOW YOUR INSURANCE DETAILS.

DO NOT GO HERE. I went in for a medical exam and they charged my insurance for a vision exam that I did NOT receive. Moreover, now that I want to get glasses I have to pay out of pocket because they took my annual eye exam without giving me a prescription. My pharmacist also has a bad experience with this office. They charged her insurance for eye surgery even though she never underwent that procedure. I didn't know scammers were allowed to be in business. If I could give 0 stars I would've.

Beware of your own Health Insurance company. I try to pick up my still valid refill prescription from the pharmacy and they told me that the insurance company would not pay for the drug anymore and have to be approved by the doctor. I call dr Nguyen office about the problem (even though she had prescribed this 4 months ago), they help me call the insurance approval number to approve the drug. This is the same Prescription Insurance company that I have for years and know that I have pick up this same drug and yet this year for them to dispense the drug, the doctor have to call them and tell them why I need it. It is an Ophthalmologist office, not an Optometrist so she does a lot more than measure the eye sight. If you need to simply measure your eye sight, go to the Optometrist, that is what they do.

I asked a simple yes or no question. Do you do cataract surgeries here? Did not receive an answer. Instead they asked for $100 just to see the doctor. Waste of time going here. They do not care about you and only want your money.

This doctor is very experienced every time I visit he gave me the right medicine and no so expensive.

She is very experience and detailed doctor. She took time to care patients. Not very commercial.

Never come back!
