Dr. Carvounis was God sent as he became my 81 year old mothers surgeon. His knowledge, compassion, dedication and commitment to his profession is transparent the moment you speak with his office staff and put yourself in his hands. We are ever so grateful and pray he continues his life's work for years to come.

We were referred by another doctor. We arrived at 11:00a and it's now 1:30p in the afternoon. It puzzles me that not one staff member came to alert their patients that they are running behind. This is ridiculous. It is totally unacceptable and unfair. Just a common courtesy to reassure us, not until I mentioned my frustration. My father is 93 years old and it's difficult for him to be waiting this long. As I sit here and observe others waiting I can tell that they are all upset.

Dr. Carvounis and his staff are excellent! He is very respected in the ophthalmology profession, approachable, and a highly skilled surgeon in the latest technology. He fixed my macular hole and is confident that my vision will return to a 20/20 or 20/25 depending on my healing. Highly recommend Dr C!

Jessica whom I spent most of my time with before seeing Dr, Carvounis had such a pleasant personality and was very detailed with making sure all of my personal information was correct before seeing the Doc. Dr Carvounis spent a lot of time listening to me about my complex situation. He is a great listener and understood everything before he explained my options in great detail in layman's terms. Excellent Eye Care at Dr. Carvounis' Office! I had a fantastic experience at my recent appointment with Dr. Carvounis at MVR. The staff was friendly and efficient from the moment I walked in, and the office itself had a clean and welcoming atmosphere. I had an eye injury requiring follow up and Dr Carvounis was able to see me expeditiously. His staff was great with helping me get scheduled and were very professional when I showed up to the clinic. Dr Carvounis was amazing, thorough and detailed in his explanation of what I was experiencing secondary to my eye injury.
