Waste of time when I booked an appointment, filled out all the paperwork that was requested by them including multiple confirmations texts only to get a call less than a hour to the appointment for them to say they canceled, they have no paperwork (see attached) and the Dr. has to go to a funeral. When I say unprofessional, I honestly mean it. They had 3 excuses and obviously only 1 person for the whole entire office.

I do my yearly checkup and it is always detailed and Dr making sure to have exactly what's needed (for contacts also). I do not agree nor understand what some of these folks making bad comments say. Mabe they are bots - I fail to see what they gain by berating a perctly honest and honorable practioner
