Dr. Van Truong has been my eye doctor for a couple of years now. I give her 100 stars!!! This visit I took my young daughter. She was nervous but her staff made her feel at ease. Amazing and gentle staff as well. She is located next to the Target at Memorial City. If you want the best, go see Dr. Van Truong and staff!!!

For my first visit to LensCrafters, Dr. Biu was very good. Although he seemed a bit rushed at first, he ultimately took the time to answer my questions thoroughly and explain what needed to be done. I appreciated his professionalism and clear communication. However, my experience was undermined by the receptionist I interacted with (thus me giving 3 stars). Despite my efforts to be kind and polite, she was not friendly at all. Her responses were curt, and she appeared to be selective about whom she offered "good" customer service to. It felt as though basic courtesy was withheld without reason. To be clear, it was not both of them, but one of them, and unfortunately, I did not get her name. I should have. Overall, while the doctor was excellent, the poor attitude of one of the front-desk staff left a negative impression and made me question whether I'd return. Good customer service should be consistent for everyone. Especially in this day and age.
