Had a appointment for my son , was not able to get his exam because they needed more info on my sons insurance, understandable, but the lady in the front witch said she's the only worker there was so rude and bad mouthful she obviously has something goin on that day because she just keep answering me back with bad words in Spanish trying to get rid of us ,so yes I did ask to talk to the owner doctor told him what was goin on and told him I was gonna file a complaint not about him or the clinic but about his worker attitude,she had no respect or knows how to talk to a customer under pressure saying she could talk how ever she wanted but yet when the doctor was out with me she went to hide.
