Eagle Eye Center Bellaire

My mom got her reading glasses from Eagle Eye Center. Dr. Bao was very patient in eye examination and asked all kinds of questions and provided detailed explanations. When we selected a frame, her staff recommended a cheaper but better quality one to save us money. Highly recommend!

Dr. Bao is warm and detailed. My mom received very good care in her clinic. The price was also cheaper than other places. We can get our glasses within an hour. It's really convenient.

Bought a eyeglass frame last year and have only used fro 4 times. One of the parts fell down yesterday. I asked them for repair, but got rejected. The quality of their eyeglass frames are cheap and bad. BTW, don't buy eye drops recommended by Dr. Bao. You can buy much cheap ones on Amazon.

i have been a patient at eagle eye center for years. the doctor listens to my need and explains things patiently which make me comfortable wearing their glasses. i have bought my computer glasses, driving glasses and sun glasses with them and they all work perfect.

I would like to do an eye exam so I called in and asked if they take walk-ins and if they accept my eye insurance. The woman answering the phone was rude and disrespectful. Her service is very unprofessional.(Not sure about the doctor, sad!) After she told me they do take walk-ins, I asked if they accept my eye insurance from Eyemed and if there is any other fee associated with regular eye exam, generally how much is it gonna cost for a regular eye exam. This supposed to be a very straight forward question. The only reason I asked this question is to confirm they do take Eyemed insurance. I have already knew most of the doctors take this insurance. The answer I expected is like, yes ,we do or no we don't. At least, she should have said let me check it for you, please give me your insurance information, things like that. However, This woman started to explain that my insurance is like my own wallet, how in the world is she supposed to know how much money I have in my wallet.(She spoke in Mandarin so this is a direct translation from Chinese to English). She continued to explain that I should have checked my insurance before I called her. I felt like she was very impatient about me because I have questions and it's my fault to have these questions. She acted like she didn't care about me at all and she didn't want my business. She did invite me to have a visit(She said it after blamed me for not checking my insurance ), but hell no! I would rather go somewhere else where people care about me and answer my questions instead of blaming me for not knowing things.. : (

Very poor service, I got lens from them , after sometimes lens went crack , I told them to change they say sorry we can't do anything. There service is sucks never go there , don't West your money and time . Glasses and lens quality are cheap quality .

We have been going here for over 8 years. We always got good service. Once I lost on of my hard contacts and I got it replaced in only 2 days. I highly recommend going here :)
