Felt extremely rushed by the doctor (Dr. Elaine Pham), could barely understand her conflicting instructions half the time. For whatever reason, Dr. Pham took all her precious time with her previous patient, but refused to give me the same courtesy, rushing me from room to room, refusing to hear my concerns, talking way too quickly to even comprehend, and basically speed-running through every process of the entire exam. She even refused to dilate my eyes. My appointment was done under 5 minutes as a result of her incredibly unprofessional behavior. I was the ONLY patient there during that time. Why the rush? Felt really discriminatory. Also beware, they no longer will give you your PD Distance (even though they were able to give it to me last year). So, if you want to purchase glasses online, you would be straight out of luck because the PD Distance is required. You would be forced to either painstakingly measure it yourself, go to an "optical place" as the receptionist put it, or be charged for another visit. If they "no longer gave PD Distance", then why even include it on the prescription paper? Bizarre. LOOK ELSEWHERE if you want an thorough, professional, and non-discriminatory eye exam.

She was very rude and bullying my granddaughter. My little girl is 11 and she has Cerebral Palsy . She is extremely intelligent. She does speak.During the test she proceeded to tell her Hold your head still! Multiple times. Then read the chart. No instructions of which line. My baby the chart from top till she couldn't. That wasn't good enough. The dr proceeded to talk over her and says" She is going to have to go see another dr" She can't verbalize well enough. In front of my little girl . She heard and understood everything. Imagine how she felt!! At the end she left the chair way up in the air. "She um the chair is high" I hope you read this Pham. , you need to check yourself. Believe we are letting our family and friends know! How dare you!!!!
