Trendy glasses, HUGE selection, and super helpful. Mr. Lee has helped me find my favorite pair of glasses and I always get compliments on them! I've always had a hard time finding glasses to fit my style in Houston, but this shop definitely had a lot.

This is my second time buying glasses from here. I can't imagine going anywhere else but here considering how many options and customizations they have. The process was so quick, I only had to wait 15 minutes after picking my frame until they were finished. Any other place have told me to wait 2 weeks or even longer. I'm super happy with my new glasses and the owner is super kind as well!!! He is so informative and skilled in what he does. He even aligned it for me so it fits perfectly on my nose. I recommend this place to everyone looking for stylish, lightweight glasses~

The staff is really kind. It took us a long time to choose the glasses, which were kind and waited for us. The glasses were completed really quickly and are very comfortable.

Absolutely love this place. I have gotten 2 pairs of glasses there. Styles are perfect for folks with low bridge noses like me. I hate when glasses rest on my face and these are all perfect for people like me. The man who runs the shop is also amazing! His customer service is very accommodating. My husband purchased glasses here last year and they have been nothing but a hassle. The lenses are not cut right and they keep popping out from his frames. At first we thought it was a screw issue, so we took them back and the gentleman that works/owns the shop put in longer screws. Well the lenses still keep popping out. Such a disappointment. Spent over $300 on this pair.

This is a very nice, personal service, attention to details, kind of shop. I had a pair of Tom Ford fitted at one of the major Chain store but I could never got it to work properly for me. I had another pair of same prescription fitted by them and it worked perfectly. Since I shop at H-Mart often, I thought I give this little shop a try. The owner is Korean and I already felt at home since I have lived and worked in S. Korea for some time. He took time to measure my eye balls relative to the lens. Then he realized the lens were not installed correctly. It's a simple rotation issue that the major chain store did not pay attention to detail that failed the installation. Now, I got two pairs of frames with perfectly installed lenses. A year later, I gave the new prescriptions to Eleven Optical and they filled it exactly how I ordered them and it arrived shorted that they were predicted. Bottom line, I will NOT go back to these big chain where prices are higher because of higher overheads, more staff and less attention to their products. If you are not satisfied with your current vision shop, I would highly recommend Eleven Optical for your new prescription. Best of luck and the best vision ever!

Same day service on a weekend! Great customer service and fashionable eyewear! I recommend this place if you are in an emergency need to get glasses like I was. I was amazed at the speedy service I was given and am very grateful. They helped me get a new pair of glasses on a weekend. My glasses had flown out the window into the highway and were crushed by the oncoming cars on my way to Houston from the lower RGV. I would have needed to wait between 4-5 business days elsewhere and was only going to be in Houston for less than a day. I was lucky enough to find this optical store and now can drive back home safe tomorrow. Thank you so much!
