So happy, I ended making my appointment here. Since the moment I walked in I was acknowledged, the signing in process was so easy, had the exam, it's actually been the best eye exam I've had in many years. Dr.Nguyen was so helpful, he explained very thoroughly everything going on with my eyes. I will be definitely coming back. Super pleased with my over all service. I highly recommend Exquisite Eye Care!

I had a bad experience from day one.
How can this Asian guy doctor (don't think this person is professional at all) change your prescription without physically checking your vision???
Furthermore, it took almost 2 months for my prescription to be ready and incorrect. I needed computer glasses vs reading ones.
This was a waste of money and time in addition to the poor quality of work.
I will never go back to this place.

I recently visited your office on Friday, October 10th, 2025, at around 9 a.m. for a walk-in eye exam after my sister-in-law recommended your location. She spoke very highly of the doctor's professionalism, which is why I was eager to come in.
However, during my visit, the office felt quite hot and humid. I spoke with the only staff member I saw working at the time -- I believe her name was Lisa or Lis-- who was kind and tried to accommodate my request. While I was there, I also overheard another patient mention the same concern about the temperature in the waiting area. Since the air didn't seem to be on and I was feeling uncomfortable, I decided to leave.
That said, I've heard wonderful things about your office and would like to give it another try in the future once the environment feels more comfortable.

My husband and I went here for contact lens fittings, And eye exams. The staff was professional and knowledgeable. The doctors were helpful and suggestive on best optical solutions for me. The front office staff was wonderful. We had to bring my autistic grandson and they showed him patience. I ended up purchasing contacts and glasses. Prices are comparable to other places, but they have a small welcoming feel to their store. Highly recommend.
