After going there for 21 years I never had that bad experience of them messing up on my lenses they messed up by not cutting my lenses right it has been almost a month I have not gotten my glasses ever since the other owner left that place is not the same on their service they need to do better I will not be getting my glasses from there ever again after the bad experience I had

Very disappointed. First off the hours are already hard to work with because they are only open 5 hours a day which is hard for someone with a full time job. Then when I got off early from work today at 2 pm, I immediately went to pickup my contacts and they decided to close early at 2:40pm for no reason. The doors were completely locked with a gate. Furthermore I have to wait until the next time I'm off early so I can pickup my contacts.
