This place "Rocks." Very comprehensive exam and care. All the technicians & front desk staff all great. The doctor was so knowledgeable and experienced. Thank you all for your kindness and patience. Such a wonderful visit.

Dr. Vo went above and beyond for me. I had just gotten my glasses stolen about a mile away (which left me unable to drive myself home) but when I showed up he decided to help me. The office was already closed so I didn't expect anything but he took care of me. He let me use some contacts as a trial and is the sole reason why I was able to get home safely last night. I will strictly be doing business with Dr. Vo from now on

Ugh. I wanted this to work out! I like the folks at Eye Care Central! I found a frame I really liked. Tried three times to get the prescription right. I wanted my new glasses for a trip, and I ended up having two trips with no new glasses since they were sent back for new lenses. I can't wear them. I feel nauseated and have a headache and neck ache. I have work progressives for probably 25 years, and I have never had an issue. I can see distance and reading, but trying to work on my computer, laptop is what I do every day for my job, I simply can't read the words. Very frustrating. Now, since I used my insurance (still paid $185 out of pocket) it will cost me another $475 - 500 to go someplace else. I am very disappointed. Again, people were nice. Doctor tried. I don't think he really understood what my complaint was with the lenses.

Staff is always very helpful and nice. The woman that did my intake with the nice lashes listened intently to my issues, Doctor Vo is very knowledgeable and the guy that helped measure my glasses lenses was very pleasant. Their prices are very reasonable and they work with you well. Been coming here for years and will continue to do so

Above and beyond!! I contacted this office shortly before closing, and the doctor was so helpful after closing hrs helped with my contact prescription and helping find my insurance within less than 24hrs offered a trial until my contacts came in. I will be switching to them. Thanks your team!

Been going here close to a decade. They are always prompt, easy to work with, and I am happy with my vision. Other places make eye care so over-complicated. I appreciate that I can count on my annual eye exam being thorough while still getting me out the door in less than an hour.

Thank you Eye Care Central. I am impressed by the staff's knowledge of their great selection of contact lenses. As I type this now, I almost can't believe how well I can see these words and how sharp they are. I didn't put on the trial pair until I got home. And now I know why
