Absolutely phenomenal experience at Eye Elegance - Post Oak!
I came in today with an issue on my Cartier glasses, and they completely saved the day. Cartier referred me to this location, and I'm so glad they did. From the moment I walked in, the sales reps Laura and Chelsea took incredible care of me. They were welcoming, professional, patient, and clearly very knowledgeable.
Not only did they repair my Cartier glasses on the spot, but they did it for free--which was such an unexpected and generous surprise! It's rare to experience this level of customer service and genuine care anymore.
I also learned that Eye Elegance offers a beautiful selection of new designer frames along with full prescription services, making it a true one-stop shop for all eyewear needs.
Huge thank you to Laura for going above and beyond and turning what could have been a stressful situation into an amazing experience. You've earned a loyal customer for life!

I am so pleased with this store! I took a pair of frames to get new lenses and they did an amazing job on them. I got a cool little skull etched into one of the lenses and it came out beautifully. I also got custom custom clip ons that match the frame exactly. Squeak was wonderful when I first went in and ordered the lenses, and Hugo did an amazing job adjusting the fit of the frames once they came back. The level of quality, expertise, and location make this place expensive, but it's worth it. You won't be disappointed!

I would like to send a big thank you for such a great customer service to Chelsea and Hugo. I've been dealing with really bad discomfort with the nose pads and in the back of my ears on my Lindberg frames. I've gone to several places and they weren't able to make the correct adjustments and in some cases made it worse. I spoke to Chelsea and she was absolutely great and helpful and told me they can definitely help me with fixing the issues I was having. I came by and Hugo was available and I told him about the issues I was dealing with. He looked at it and immediately told me exactly what the problem was. At first I was a little hesitant since I've taken it to several places. He took the frames and told me he'll be right back and in less than five minutes he was back. I put them back on and it was like a complete new frames. No more discomfort at all and feel so smooth on my face. I can definitely say they are experts and skillful in dealing with frames and Lindberg frames.
