I went in to have my eye glasses repaired. One of the arms came loose and I was hoping they could fix it and she said she didn't have the exact arm that could fix it but she had parts that she could use to repair it and I was like OK no problem how much and she fixed it and didn't charge me anything! She gave great customer service prior to me even finding the amount that it was going to be repaired and it was amazing. You just don't find companies willing to do that anymore.

I damaged a pair of sunglasses (that I am very fond of) and I was hoping they could be repaired. I tried a shop in the third ward first and they made no effort to fix them. I was immediately told they couldn't be fixed after one glance. Feeling discouraged I brought the shades to eye elegance and they were fixed within five minutes!! Excellent service!!! Eye Elegance is a local, family-owned optical shop which started in 1989 on Post Oak Blvd. We have an out of the box approach with eyewear and are familiar with and stock, frames made of exotic materials, such as 18K solid gold, buffalo horn, carbon fiber, sterling silver, wood and 3D printed. From the very beginning Eye Elegance has strived to have the most unique selection of eyeglass frames, coupled with the highest quality lenses. In addition, service is of the utmost importance, whether it means staying after hours, making house calls or going the extra mile to find that perfect frame. Our staff lives, works and plays in the Montrose area. We opened our Montrose location in 2014 and relocated to the Montrose Collective in 2021.
