We've used this place several times, and again today. Fast & convenient (walked in each time w/o appt), reasonable prices, friendly staff, and most importantly, accurate. Definitely recommend.

I had my mother ask about a eye exam for contact lens and she said they told her it was 100 dollars. I go in the next day to get it and I ask the lady at the counter how much it will be and she said 120 which wasn't a problem but I tell her i thought it was 100. I just wanted to be sure and I would've still gotten the exam but she tells me" well if someone told you they could do it for 100 to go there instead" and walk off before I can say anything. Not sure what the issue was it's not like my question kept her from her job it was empty when I went. Been there before over the years and never had an issue.

This place was recommended by my partner and I'm so glad she did. Right from the start I was welcome by a friendly staff. I really appreciated that I didn't have to wait until the doctor saw me. Dr. Le was personable and took her time to answer my questions and gave me great advice on the most economic options for my prescriptions. Who does that?! Dr. Le does. If you want a straight forward, honest doctor who knows her stuff, go to Dr. Le.

This lady is not supposed to work in public establishment such as walmart. She is very rude and unprofessional, she provide no comfort for her patients. She do not deserve any rating. My experience with her was horrible. I have to make appointment with another doctor to be certain of what she told me about my condition

Great service and really quick. I received my glasses in less than a week. Would definitely recommend to my friends and family and I will come again.

This was my first and last time going to this vision center. The employees are not friendly. The male doctor that examined my eyes barely spoke to me and was very vague with his responses throughout the whole examination. He couldn't seem to provide any clarity to any questions I asked concerning getting surgery to correct my vision. After receiving my glasses I could tell the prescription was not correct. I had asked for a trail pair of contacts because I have extremely dry eyes with a very high prescription so it's difficult finding a brand that is comfortable. They did not have my prescription in the store and said it would take a week or two to order and that they would call me when they came in. I never received a call. I went back to ask about the contacts but it appeared they never ordered any. A female doctor was sitting with the receptionist at the desk scrolling through their phones together. When I explained that I was looking to get corrective surgery she stated I would have to reschedule another appointment which would now be a new fee. I'm not sure if my questions were avoided in the first examination due to lack of knowledge or if it was done on purpose for financial gain. I only met three of the workers staffed but I can assure you out of the 13 years I have been wearing glasses I never once been treated with such a careless manner. Nor have I ever had to return a pair of glasses due to the doctor prescribing the wrong prescription. Wish I would have took the time to read the reviews before giving this establishment my unappreciated business.

Girlfriend went in there for update on vision and to get contacts and glasses. Said they only can do one so she got contacts. Had her try on contacts and made her pay for them. Receptionist was very rude and unprofessional never said a price. Ended up paying even though she has insurance. I recommend staying away from this location.

I went for a eye exam in November 2019 it's now January 2020 and i have not received my contacts as of yet. No calls have been made to let me know the reason for the wait and why it ha s taken so very long. This business should not exist. It's a total rip off. Vision is very important and if I would have known it would take this long to receive my contacts I would not have gone to this doctor. Please reconsider before visiting this location. You will not be a happy customer. BBB will also be hearing from me.
