Let me start off by saying that the patients that were displeased with the wait times while, correct that the wait can be lengthy at times, are failing to understand the overall premise of good care. I would prefer a physician to take all the necessary time required to completely diagnose, treat and make the patient feel that they are receiving the best care possible. Once you understand that the wait can be lengthy, plan your visit accordingly. If you want a clinic that pushes patients through their facility like cattle, they are out there - ESofTX is not one of them. Secondly, all the staff members that I've been associated with through two surgeries and multiple office visits have been exceptional. They all appear to enjoy working in this office, which is a reflection of good management. Lastly, Dr. Gurpreet Singh is one of the best physicians I have ever had the pleasure of knowing. He is thorough, very empathetic and makes you feel that you are in the best hands for treatment/surgery (which is absolutely the case). Note that I drive 4 hours to come to the Cypress office, as I live west of San Antonio. I only do so because I am confident that this is best eye clinic in the state, and it's worth the drive time (and the wait time) to ensure that I am getting the best possible care.

Alexis T. Is amazing! She is the super technician. She is kind, sweet, professional, and extremely competent. She gets the job done with sincere love. She treats me with dignity and respect. I appreciate that so much! Gurpreet Singh, MD FACS is a highly intelligent doctor. He is extremely thorough and has a humble heart. I feel he cares about me. I am having cataract surgery. This is my first time meeting him. He was highly recommended. Other patients said they were very pleased with their surgery he performed. He made me feel comfortable. The nurse who I saw that told me more about the procedure was very warm and sincere. She made me feel at ease. The receptionists with the headset on was kind to me also. I have had extreme nearsighted vision my entire life. Over the past 5 - 8 years my vision deteriorated exponentially and Optometrist's were telling me it was due to my age and my bad eyesight. Earlier this year, I was informed that I had cataracts in both eyes by the Veterans Administration and that they would cover my surgery. Wow, what a blessing that they would cover this! I was then scheduled with The Eye Specialists of Texas. Dr. Gupreet Singh and his team have been nothing but professional through the entire process. It did take a long time to be scheduled for the surgeries as his practice is extremely busy and they are booked months in advance. However, the wait was well worth it as I now have 20/20 vision in both eyes. The colors and details of this world are amazing to see again. I continue to reach for my glasses when I wake up in the morning, just to realize that wow, I don't need them any more! Thank you Dr. Singh and Thank you to the VA for helping me get my vision back. A big Thank you to my wonderful wife Christine who has been by my side through all of this. I think she was just as excited if not more-so. And finally Thank You to God and Jesus Christ our savior for guiding and directing me, the doctor and the VA.

Not pleased at all with this place. The wait time was 2 hours and my appointment ended up being 3.5 hours long. (I even showed up 30 minutes early.) The bulk was waiting in the waiting room, but then there was more waiting whenever they would switch rooms. 4 rooms in total, the tech who was helping didn't seem like she knew what she was doing and then when the appointment was finally over, I was told to take my prescription to an online site because they don't have glasses there. I asked what site should I use and the reply was "I don't know. Google it." They sure worked quick to take my money though.

Dr. Singh is an Amazing Ophthalmologist. He truly cares about his patients and their well being no matter what their age. I brought my Mom here because she was experiencing significant eye pain. We were a new patient and his staff worked us in as quickly as possible. Other doctor wanted us to wait 1-2 months to be seen. Due to the time delay with other doctors my mother lost sight in one of her eyes and experienced horrible pain in the process. This doctor is one of the most compassionate, kind and genuinely dedicated professional. Truly, an exemplary model for others in his field. My heartfelt gratitude goes out to this doctor and his excellent staff for helping my mother during this time.

Excellent experience with cataract surgery on both eyes. Having monovision made my surgery with Dr. Singh challenging but the results are excellent. No more glasses and the world is beautiful once again. Would not hesitate to refer anyone to this facility.

I hope this feedback is helpful for Dr. Singh... Dr. Singh and his staff are friendly and professional but every appointment takes two hours because they appear to have waaaay too many patients. In my opinion, they need to learn to turn some patients away. In my last two visits there, the wait was roughly broken down as 1.5 hour wait times, 15 minutes with nurses for checkup/tests, and maybe 5 to 10 minutes with doctor. While waiting in either of the first or second waiting rooms -- surrounded by 8 to 12 people -- you hear the nurses talking about how busy the Dr is and how he "has a surgery waiting downstairs" too. It's all part of the rushed and shuffled experience. My eyes (and my time) are too important. I prefer a better experience and someone I can trust to be more thorough. Again, he's really nice and I'm glad for them to have so many patients but I'm not one of them anymore.

I have visited this practice few times now and have become their lifetime customer. They are are all so nice and friendly that I immediately felt at home. I saw Dr.Soni and was so impressed by her passion for doing the best possible for her patients. She is very smart, polite, detailed oriented and understanding. She went over my condition in detail, discussed the treatment plan, and followed up to ensure I was taken care. I will rate her one of the best doctors in any profession that I have seen so far.
