I have been to several eye doctors in town for my chronic dry eye disease, and they all claimed to be the "dry eye specialists" but all of them just gave me lubricating eyedrops and asked me to use them all day. I visited Dr. Jiwan's office back in january, after being referred by a friend who is also his patient. After initial assessment and series of treatments, this is the first time in so many years, I have very less symptoms and I am able to keep my eyes open and function. My eyes dont hurt anymore and more importantly I can drive without being uncomfortable. I am his patient for life now and I will highly recommended everyone to go to him if you have any eye problems. Excellent doctor.

I visited this clinic today for an eye exam and was very impressed by their professional behaviour and the fact that they had multilingual staff for non native English speakers. Having this helps build connection and trust and goes a long way. Dr zubin was our doctor and he went out of his way to accommodate me on a short notice with a detailed examination not rushing me or neglecting . He shared a lot of insight on eye care and it's science helping me understand the importance of little things in taking care of the health of my eyes. We are truly happy with his service and would recommend him to anyone looking for an eye specialist / expert with good staff and consistent service

I've been seeing Dr. Jiwani and his team for a few years, and they have been absolutely incredible in helping me manage blepharitis and Meibomian Gland Dysfunction (MGD). Like many others, I didn't recognize the early signs--I had discomfort but got used to it, not realizing how much it was affecting my eyes. During an eye exam, I struggled with the vision test, and Dr. Jiwani took the time to explain what was happening and why treatment was important. I really appreciated how thorough and patient he was in walking me through my options. A couple of years ago, he started me on OptiLight therapy, which made a huge difference. More recently, I underwent gland expression treatments using heat, and after two sessions, I'm seeing continued improvements. With ongoing care and at-home treatments, my eyes are feeling better day by day. What truly sets Dr. Jiwani apart is his commitment to patient education and personalized care. He didn't just treat the issue in-office--he also recommended a detailed plan for at-home care, including: Omega-3 supplements (over 2000 mg daily) to improve oil production Multiple samples of Blink NutriTears, a supplement designed for eye health A sample of Miebo Ophthalmic Solution to see if it helped my symptoms An eye compress routine to apply heat to help with gland function Shared other resources on new research and tailored routines to support managing my condition. Beyond the care and treatment, they also made picking out a new pair of glasses a great experience. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and accommodating, and scheduling was easy--even when I had to reschedule. The office is also beautiful. Even after I moved, I was glad I could continue my care with them after initially seeing them at their Sugar Land location. If you're experiencing eye discomfort, blepharitis, or MGD, I highly recommend Dr. Jiwani and his team. Don't wait like I did. Their expertise, thoroughness, and commitment to patient care have truly improved my day to day life.

I got my eye exam here and all the staff were so wonderful, nice, and professional. All the equipment here is state of the art and they make glasses in house which I thought was a neat feature. Dr. Jiwani is so nice and throughly when explaining the different procedures they do. I would recommend this office for future eye exams.

Where do I begin? Dr. Jiwani is the most caring and professional doctor I have ever been seen by. He is very attentive and was able to bring my anxiety from a 10 to a 0. He answered questions that I didn't think to ask. The health of my eyes are important to me so I want the best of the best when it comes to a provider. I am grateful to have been able to find such an amazing individual. I also appreciate Shehla. Her infectious smile welcomed me before we even spoke.
