Poor Communication & Hidden Charges - Beware My daughter visited this eye care center in Houston after calling ahead to confirm they accepted her vision insurance. They said yes -- but after her appointment, she was charged over $100 with no clear explanation. When she asked for clarification, the staff was dismissive and told her to "call back after 2," even though she was standing right there. I later called myself and was told that they "usually don't get paid" by our insurance -- something that should have been disclosed before providing services. They confirmed the insurance but still pushed forward, knowing they'd likely bill us instead. No one followed up when I requested a callback, and I was told there was no manager to speak with. This place lacks transparency and respect for patients. I will be filing a complaint, and I strongly urge others to avoid this business unless they change how they handle insurance and treat customers.

Beware this location does not discuss the cost nor do they give you the option to accept additional service that is not included in your plan. They told me I had a 35.00 deductible which should have been 0. I found out later that I was charged for an retina exam and something else that the insurance did not cover. They took it upon themselves to do the exam WITHOUT my approval and say that my plan had a $35 deductible/copay. I will call corporate to inform them of this shady practice. BEWARE*********

This dr has dangerous practices & no regard for patients well being! They dilated my eyes without even telling me & then told me I could drive myself home. I went for a routine eye exam and the receptionist put some drops in my eyes. As she was doing so, I realized that it may be to dilate my eyes. Worried, I asked if the drops would dilate my eyes & wether I could drive myself home afterward. She assured me that the drops would wear off quickly & that it was perfectly safe to drive. The one time I had my eyes dilated before, the dr gave me glasses to protect my eyes from the light & told me I would need someone to drive me home. Because the receptionist told me that these drops would wear off quickly, I assumed they would not be as strong as regular dilation drops. However when I left my appointment I walked straight out into a very sunny day & could barely keep my eyes open, let alone drive. Now I've been told by another dr that being exposed to bright lights or full sun immediately after having my eyes dilated could have severely damaged my eyes!

Dr Dinh is nothing short of fantastic! He shared info as the exam was progressing. He is fast and efficient and has a very pleasant demeanor. My wife and I highly recommend Dr Dinh. You won't be disappointed.

Impressed! Dr. Dinh was friendly and very thorough. I have terrible vision and have been to many eye doctors in the past: this was probably the best eye exam I've ever had. Will happily recommend to anyone. The only problem is that, since it's next to Sam's, it was awfully tempting to go in and do some shopping afterwards :-)

Got my eyes tested here both for eyeglasses and contact lenses .paid for both prescriptions, they gave me only prescription for contact lens .when I called up to ask the lady told she will email me .its been two time more I called and requested her. She did not email. Now I have to go back again to them .

Very good service all around. I'm glad i found this place, I highly recomed you check it out if you're looking to get a prescription for your glasses.

Walked in, minimal wait. Great machines with the latest technology. Will go back for annual exams.
