I had a great experience at this optometry office for my eye and contact lens exam. The staff was friendly and efficient, and the check-in process was smooth with very little wait time. The doctor was thorough, professional, and took the time to explain everything clearly. They made sure my contact lenses fit comfortably and that my prescription was just right. The office was clean and well-organized, and I left feeling confident about my eye health. Highly recommend!

My brother has a piece of wood get into his eye while working and the doctor was able to see us within the hour as an emergency walkin on a Friday and even had some medication samples to offer while we waited for the pharmacy to process our order. The staff was so nice and they were transparent, upfront and low price in their services. I called a few other offices around and they either wouldnt even touch his eye and told him to go to the emergency room or wanted to charge over $500 for such a minor injury. Thank you Dr Patel and the staff at Family Eyecare Experts for providing amazing service. Update: I took my kids for their annual eye exam and thankfully this office still takes Medicaid (unlike a lot of the other offices in Northline area) and I got the frame for free for both my kids and they had such a huge selection. Their pricing for glasses was very low but the quality is great- way better than online stuff we were buying before. My wife was crying when my kids told her they can finally see and have never had a doctor so nice and explain everything to not only us as parents, but to my 8 and 10 year old as well! They had some amazing eye machines and eye equipments also that helped scan the back of the eye and provided a full view and health of my kids eyes. Love it. They deserve all the great reviews. With fewer offices and doctors willing to help Medicaid patients and our local community, this office goes above and beyond and actually want to be apart of the community. Fun fact: the entire staff including the doctor grew up right around Airline drive and went to local public schools! Please support small businesses!!

2026 just got even better. Contact lenses are in and im ready to enjoy life a bit more. The stress of where are my glasses, the my son took my glasses now I have another scratch on them, or even the ugh let me put my eyes on real quick is out the door. Thank you so much for the freedom to not have to worry about breaking or losing my EYES.

Thank you again Dr. Patel and staff for another great experience! During my eye exam, Dr. Patel mentioned me needing a cataract surgery soon. She explained with patience and details about the process of the cataract surgery. This was definitely not overwhelming which I truly appreciate!

Amazing service, the doctor was very kind and educated us about my mother eye. Maria was very friendly and nice. I was calling other places to see who took my mom insurance and since we couldn't find someone who did, I came to Maria for the way she answered the phone. Amazing place and recommend. Thank you.

The front desk lady was friendly and eye technician was informative and good with the kids. The bldg was clean and bathrooms clean. Dr.Patel was friendly and really good with the kids. She was patient and very informative and explained in great detail.
