Great first exam experience here! Staff and doctor professional, friendly, and efficient. Doctor was wonderful with answering questions, explaining everything, and making sure I had the right fit/prescription for glasses and contacts.

Horrible experience, waited 45 mins after my appointment time. Since she did not have the contact brand and she wanted me to try another brand and come back again a week later which I told her I would not be able to do and would prefer to just get the glasses prescription. Instead of just accepting that she proceeded to repeat herself on the contact process for an additional 10 mins despite me repeating I was fine with not getting a contact prescription. She also told me my prescription had not changed but then the script she wrote was in fact different than my current prescription, a complete waste of time and money.

Dr Kathy Hua was amazing!! She is so professional and makes sure you are comfortable during eye exam! I would recommend this place to everyone who is looking for an eye exam.

Great service, it was quick and pretty straightforward. Easy to schedule an appointment and I will be coming back. They take eye insurance.

Dr Kathy Hua was clearly very knowledgeable and experienced, but just as important, she had a lovely understanding demeanor and presence that put me right at ease. 10/10 would recommend, def go to her if the eye doctor makes you a little nervous usually.

It was a very comfortable and satisfying experience. Everyone was very courteous and professional. Everything was explained to me in detail and with patience. The Optometrist was very knowledgeable, probing and solution oriented. Made me feel at ease and offered appropriate answers. I did not feel rushed at all but rather welcome to ask questions . I highly recommend this place
