Been waiting since Jan for my grandson's replacement frames. It was suppose to be ordered around Jan 9th, I called 2 weeks later & was told they were on the way & would receive a call each time no call ever came. Today is February 26th came in to check if the frames arrived, only to be told they were going to order the complete replacement and they should arrive in about 2 weeks we will see. The staff are respectful but this is my last time coming here. Was trying to see if this was a good location close to home my grandson has insurance but my husband and I spend money on two pairs of glasses each every year. We will continue driving to our eye care provider definitely not here after this experience.

This place is the absolute best. Dr Chang is amazing . He makes you feel so at ease. The manager Dionte is as equally amazing. I was so indecisive about which glasses to choose and she was so patient and helped me pick out the perfect frames. Everyone was extremely nice and I love this place. If you care about great customer service as I do, then this is the place to come for your vision care.

Front desk staff are great! Super friendly and personable. I got there earlier than expected and they still took me right in. The doctor wasn't in yet however the front desk girl was very proactive with my check in process to ensure I was ready for once the provider walked in. Since I was there for new glasses, she asked if I wanted to look at frames while I waited. Which I highly appreciated as it help shorten and expedite the duration of my visit. Provider was on time and saw me right away. He was very informative & had good bedside manners.
