I have been going to Dr. Tran for about 7 years now. She is great! Always kind and patient. She takes the health of my eyes and vision seriously. Grateful to have a local optometrist to go to!

This is the best eye exam experience I have ever had. Dr Tran and her team gave me such personalized care that I walked out from my appointment blown away. Dr Tran took the time to assess what contacts I had been wearing and made some recommendations that have already made such a difference. I played tennis with my new vision and I feel less tired now that my eyes don't have to work as hard. I felt like she really listened to my concerns. Can't recommend her enough!

I had an overdue eye visit today with Dr. Tran as a new patient, and hands down the best experience I have had in years. If you're looking for a new optometrist in the area, I highly recommend giving Heights Eye Care a visit.

Dr. Tran and her team at Heights Eye Care were excellent in their care for my vision. Everyone was friendly and explained everything warmly. I was seen at my appointment time and the eye exam was professional and comprehensive. The location is beautiful and airy unlike any other doctors I've ever been to and their selection of frames and products is excellent. I can actually look forward getting my vision examined just because everyone in the office was so welcoming, knowledgeable, and willing to go above and beyond. Heights Eye Care and Dr. Tran is a fantastic addition to the Heights so you should not hesitate in becoming a patient here!

What a great staff! From the reception desk to seeing Dr. Tran, my visit was super friendly, quick and seamless. After making an appointment over the phone, I came in to see Dr. Tran, who gave me different contact lenses options since I told her my eyes were often dry from staring at a computer screen all day. She recommended Dailies, which I HIGHLY recommend to all desk job workers! She was very easy to talk to and truly listened to my concerns and tried to address them. On another occasion, I came to get new glasses and had two staff members take time on helping me find the perfect pair, even bringing different options to me based on the first few selections I made. What a very personalized experience here. Love Dr. Tran and the staff, not to mention the sleek office itself! This will definitely be my new optometrist office.

I have been going to Heights Eye Care for 2 years now and absolutely love both Dr. Tran & her awesome staff! They are all very bubbly, knowledgeable, as well as organized. I even happen to glance at their backroom (only because they just received a shipment of items and the door was opened) and thought to myself "Wow, everything is super clean, properly labeled and organized" which really represents who Dr. Tran is and how she likes to run her office. The process is very seamless and overall an exceptional experience. Being a Realtor in the area, I look for the sense of community within neighborhood businesses and Heights Eye Care definitely makes me feel like home!

Dr. Tran is super sweet and friendly! I made an appointment for a Tuesday and arrived a bit early since it was my first time here. It looked quite busy when I walked in. I told the front desk I was here for my 1pm appointment. Immediately, one of the staff turned around and asked Amanda? I was impressed that he knew my name even though I have never been here. The usual checkup routine was fast and the staff was friendly. I needed a new contact prescription because the one I was wearing was giving me headaches as well as blurry vision. One of my eyes was worse than the other one so she offered me one option with the same prescription and the second option with different prescription for both eyes. I like that Dr. Tran gave me recommendations and provided pro's and con's. I got good advice on LASIK eye surgery. It was something that I wanted to do but she said I could wait for a while. In addition, she also gave me a spectacle prescription (eyeglass) and my contact prescription. Can't say enough good things about Dr. Tran. She made my first visit so comfortable and welcoming. We also had a nice chat here and there. I like the fact she was getting to know me on personal level and not just as a patient.

I'm a Heights resident and was in the market for a new optometrist. I absolutely loved my visit to Heights Eye Care! Dr. Tran is a consummate professional - she took the time to properly explain the steps of the exam and gave me helpful tips for eye care. Additionally, she spent time helping me choose the perfect frames. The front desk reception was prompt and courteous. The shop itself is wonderfully clean and aesthetically-pleasing (love the decor). Location-wise, it's fantastic - very convenient for all Heights residents. Overall, I highly recommend Height Eye Care - you won't be disappointed!
