First time coming here, Dr. Hoa was very kind and professional. The assistant was also very helpful and friendly. Would for sure recommend coming here for your optometrist needs

Great place and great Doctor. My mom has been taking my brother and me to this place ever since we were 6 years old and I am now 19! He has always been consistent and kind and very generous. Lately, while I was in college, I ran out of contacts because I was careless and he was kind of enough to send an emergency pair at the request of my mother while she ordered more contacts. This place is highly recommended. I thank this place and the doctor for all their help over these many years and many to come!

I visited Hi-Q Vision last week for my yearly eye exam. I have been getting my vision checked by Dr. Hoa K. To for 17 years!! My family started going here since I was 10 years old, and I am now 27. I have never encountered any problems with my new glasses or contacts. Dr. To is very professional, knowledgeable, and reliable. The staff provides excellent customer service. Very good service! I'm very impressed with the doctor who does check ups and he knows what he is doing. He is very nice and friendly, and overall a great eye doctor to have. I have been with Hi Q vision for 10 years and never had a problem.

I have been seeing Dr. Hoa for over 20 years! He is an amazing optometrist and love his knowledge and experience. He has kept my eyes healthy and always recommends what is best for me as a patient. I will continue to seeing him until he retires lol.

Place is small, not many frames option. They don't have many fancy new machines and certainly doesn't try to up sale you on xtra services. But if you're looking for a dedicated and thorough eye exam then give Dr. To a try.

Dr. Hoa K. To was very nice and knowledgeable. His staff were also really courteous and professional. Their glasses selection was pretty decent and the overall experience was positive. I would recommend them to anyone.

Young skinny asian chick with glasses lacks customer service experience. Does not help you with choosing glasses, does not tell me which ones my insurance covers, does not tell me which ones are for male or female. Just tells me take a look around and pick the ones u like then quickly starts gossiping with another older oriental lady in their native language. I guess theyre converstion was too important. But she sure was dam quick to tell me my insurance didnt cover all my lenses because I had high astigmatism. Even though I have never paid extra at TSO. Only reason i came here was because TSO was booked and it was the last day of the year. The "doctor" seemed to know what he was doing as far as getting your prescription but didnt say squat as far as my eyes health when doing the visual inspection after having my eyes dilated. I felt like I was at the DMV. "Next". Will not be coming back. Going to try a bigger facility next time and see if I have better luck. I took a gamble trying this place out with no reviews and made a huge mistake.
