I went to another eye doctor (recommended from a friend), trying to find a new one since my original one moved. I was at the former eye doctor for over 2 hours, which I have never had that happen before.
I was recommended to Hopping Eye Associates from a friend and I was very pleased. Not only did it only take about 45 minutes from start to finish, all the staff were helpful, took their time to get to know me and hear my concerns regarding my vision. I will be sending my family there when it comes time for their eye visits.

I had a fantastic experience during both of my visits with Dr. Lootens. I felt like she did a great job listening to my concerns and helping me find what works best for my eyes, even when it was pretty tricky going back and forth, playing with -0.25 difference. She gave me some new lenses to try when the RX wasn't perfect which helped. And then we nailed down my RX during my follow up. She also spoke extensively about LASIK during my first appointment - she was very informative and shared things I never knew without being biased. I would totally recommend this place!
