Dr. Heaney is the BEST! She answers all my questions effectively and takes her time with each of my appointments. Everyone from beginning to end is extremely friendly and professional. The facility is peaceful and they always run on time!

The ophthalmologist for the second he came in was constantly rushing. He did not care to listen nor did he really want to give much advice besides just look at my eyes. I've never felt so rushed by a physician in my life especially one that saw me approximately 30 minutes after my scheduled time. If you value patient care and bedside manner this is not the place for you.

The doctor was very good. The lady at the reception was very nice but the nurse or optometrist Jacqueline was not nice. She was hurrying my mother and I for no reason. We paid $384 and she was treating us like "hurry up I am trying to ho home" type of behavior. She was note very professional. Other than that. Most of it went well

I waited 1 hour and half to see the doctor. Second time this has happened. Back up due to they only have one camera to take pictures of inside the eye for evaluation. People around me in the waiting area for the camera were very upset about the delay. I was as well. When I finally saw the doctor, he stated my vision was not good (which I of course knew), and he was referring me to another physician. I was with him all of 10 minutes, if that. Very disappointing experience. I had hoped to learn more about my vision after waiting 1.5 hours to see the physician & having the photos of the interior of my eye taken. But nothing was explained to me, or discussed as to what my eye problems are.
I called and emailed asking for an answer from Houston Eye Associates. A woman did respond several days later with my diagnosis.

The doctors here are great. Dr. Quayle was so nice and very helpful. The second visit was with Merry Ruan and she was very helpful too. Everyone there is really professional. I stabbed my cornea Monday and it has already healed (Friday).

I arrived prior to my appointment time only to be told they are running 30 minutes behind. I could not schedule another appointment because I work out of state and come in periodically. And, if they treat me like this now, what makes think it's going to be better at a rescheduled appointment.
BYW, the wait was an hour and 15 minutes before I was called back. I was then left to wait another 40 minutes before the doctor walked in.

He recommended truly qualified associates who'll continue to care for us. We'll always attend HEA as this practice gives the most kind personable professional service at every office site.
