THE BEST EYE DOCTOR EVER! I have been going to eye doctors ever since I was little and no doctor even at the "fancy places" have ever given me a thorough check up like the doctor here! I mentioned that to her and she said that's sad to hear. It is unfortunate, but again I'm so happy i found her! The staff is also very thorough, at some point I thought the lady who did my assessment was the doctor! Very professional! I am very pleased with my visit! I appreciate her and the staff so much! It is worth the drive across town! Thank you!

I honestly don't get all the negative reviews, I have been going to this eye care clinic for years and have never had a problem.The service is good and so are the products . Recently I went to get contacts for the first time while buying another pair of glasses. I had no issues and was completely satisfied.I dont really leave reviews because its just weird for me,but I have to show some appreciation for over 4+ years in great service. I would not pay too much attention to the reviews, I suggest trying it out for yourself.

DO NOT COME HERE! I've been coming here for years ever since I was 9... every time I have to wait for 3 hrs to be seen. Now I have gone elsewhere and the wait at my other location is 30mins tops!!!!! The doctors here are very rude and wouldn't tell me what the conditions of my eyes were until I went elsewhere. Now I work in an eye clinic myself and learned much more from my vision from my boss who's an optometrist also, than these so called "doctors" who take their sweet time.

WORST STAFF EVER! They have an attitude, do not call when your orders have arrived and when you call to confirm pick up they are completely unorganized and unaware of where anything is. The doctors are great but their staff is a joke and mediocre at best. Avoid this clinic at all costs.

Very pleased with this office and staff. Dr. Melchor is very professional as well as her staff (Yanira and Melissa). I recommend this place, don't pay attention to the negative reviews, it's not true, go and see by yourself, you won't regret it.

First and last time trying to go there. I called yesterday and made an appointment for my son for contacts. I told him that's what he needed. We go to the appointment today and sat there for 45 minutes for them to tell me they have to verify the insurance still. ALL OF THAT SHOULD IF BEEN DONE BEFORE OUR APPOINTMENT!! Waste of time going there!!

my appointment was at 10:30 am not got seen till 11:09 am arrive early not the best waiting area to be waiting in neeeds a remodeling new floor prob painting also doesn't got beautiful secretary's as other optometrist for the men eye when i approach the dr she say that the patients were taking longer, too many kids they aren't paying upfront like me it should be 15 minutes at the most monique adams deroen is my doctor although she didn't seem like her years passed she is a heck of and optometrist just the offices need remodeling and a cute secretary

If I could I would give 0 stars! Worst service ever had to wait literally 4 weeks to get my glasses after they gave me a 2 week waiting period did not happen. You call and no one gave clear answer.The day I did got them all dirty didn't even offer to clean them. First and last time going there.
