I had a wonderful experience with Maribel. I came to buy a pair of glasses for my mother and she took the time to explain in detail what we were buying. I appreciate that kind of service. Specially when you are investing in a pair of glasses.

We brought my 9 yr old to get her eye exam for the first time. Miranda helped us through the process and was very helpful and patient ,she was also very knowledable about the products and insurance information. Its our second time coming to this location and are please with it.

Lupe has wonderful! She assisted my parents in explaining the different types of glasses. She also compared the benefits on which option to choose based on my fathers needs. I definitely recommend!

bad organization!!! I was attended by Jennifer who in one of the appointments gave me a budget and the third time I went to the place and be attended by another person she told me to my face that she had not told me anything and obviously the new budget was higher, extremely rude stated that she did not speak Spanish when she spoke personally with my wife who speaks English and with me, in the end Mrs. Jennifer wanted to sell me two boxes of contacts for each eye when I told her infinite times that it was one box for each eye, that's why the bill was $ 100 more! When she saw the second doctor for the re-check, the information was not in the system and nobody knew anything!

First I want to say this is an honest review of Pearls Vision. I came in as a Walk-In. They have a wide range of options from Armani Exchange, Guess, Ray-Ban, Oakley, Gucci, Vogue, Versace, Coach. Just about any glasses or Sunglasses you want or need they have available or can be ordered. They are quick with a in and out processes. They take walk-ins for eye exams so no need for making appointments, but marking one would be best on a tight schedule. The only reason I did not give a 5 Star rating is bc I was given a quote for a pair of glasses and the next day was told the price was incorrect and the girl that gave that quote was new and messed up. Although the manager Iris was able to eventually help me out and get as close to the quoted price that was given. If your looking for glasses I would recommend going here.

Came in today for an eye exam and was treated very well by Ericka. I recommend coming to this place it has very good customer service.

Claudia was very sweet and helpful. My kids and myself come to this location every year. The staff is very helpful and the facility is very clean. Highly recommend!
