This is a terrible company. Honestly the reviews have to be fake. The lady in the from desk was super rude. I asked about which frames are covered by insurance and she pointed at. Section that only had kids sizes. I asked if there was something else since they're just for kids sizes. She said no and was dismissive she said that the only thing available. I explained my son was a teen and didn't care.

I recently visited icare clinic and had a generally positive experience. Scheduling was a breeze, with same-day appointments available, which was a huge relief. The staff was exceptionally courteous and professional, making me feel welcome from the moment I walked in. The eye exam was thorough and reasonably priced ($60). The only minor drawback was the office temperature--it was a bit warmer than I would have liked, but it didn't detract significantly from the overall experience. I highly recommend this practice for anyone seeking quality eye care with a personal touch. I was not comfortable paying for c eyewear there at it was pricey (over $600) for a pair of glasses with progressive, transition lenses. Itzel was patient and gave me different quotes for separate glasses. I liked the business card eye prescription idea.

Front desk lady was useless and didnt give no information needed, she was very unprofessional and was staring at her computer rather than actually interacting with the customer.

If I could give no stars I would, if you use insurance please look over your claim(s) not just for this company but any you go to. I called to make sure they accepted my insurance and if I was going to have to pay anything. When I arrived I was told that they did not accept my insurance so they were looking at each other like what do we do , so they decided to call the insurance to end up getting told the same thing they were trying to argue about. They need to educate themselves before they try to make a patient look like we don't know about our insurance. Because the insurance was billed for services that I didn't get nor asked for and they maxed my allowance and wanted me to pay out of pocket. So please look over any claims from any doctors you go to just a little advice. I will never go back here again. Now they want to reply I didn't have a copay in the beginning so why would I pay one now. Why would your office bill more than my allowance to the insurance in the first place. But I am not to go back and forth with a company that is over billing insurance companies. Just horrible service. Be Blessed!

Could be so much better. I appreciate the doctor but even he needs to work on beside manner. But nothing is worse than the assistants who asked my 8yo daughter "do her eyes hurt at work"... I'm like she's 8! The visit left me with zero confidence that they knew what they were doing. I'm getting a second opinion.

Terrible experience with this place. I hate I switched eye doctors. This place made me pay so much. Even with full coverage insurance. I was with Visionworks and they would send me home with all the perks. Such as solution a case for my contacts after fitting. But most of all they didn't charge all these extra fees. To top it off, I had to go twice just for doctor to get my prescription right. The lady at the front desk is very rude and you can't understand nothing she saying. She is not professional or helpful. Don't waste your time or money at this place. There is no excuse to be this unprofessional. They called and said I could come pick up my contacts. when I got there they are making me pay again. I walked out and left them darn contacts. I had already dropped 100.00 to them and my insurance covers the contacts and glasses exam at 100% so why are they charging more. DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THIS BAD SERVICE!!

We stopped in for a contact exam for my daughter and a glasses exam for me. During my exam, the doctor was concerned about something he saw and recommended photos of the back of my eye. As he took the photos, he explained to me what he had seen and showed me my photos so i could better understand. He answered all my questions and concerns i had. At check out, they gave me a referral to a specialist and my prescription for glasses. Overall, the receptionist was very helpful in showing us glasses even though we did not buy anything. We DEFINITELY will come back!

05/09/2020: Was my first time coming into the office. I am usually one to get to my appointments early but due to the virus going on they opened exactly on time. When I walked into the clinic there was a great vibe to the office. I instantly felt like I would have a great experience and that I would definitely be coming back. Once I filled out all of the paperwork that I was given I was given the chance to look through the frames and try them on. The receptionist was very very nice, she was very helpful. As I was trying on my frames she helped me pick a good one that would fit my face shape. After choosing a set of frames I went back to have the actual exam done, the doctor introduced himself and was very nice, he went though to make sure that he did the correct exams and went though my options that I had under my insurance. I was initially only going in for a glasses exam and ended up doing one for my contacts as well, the doctor explained all of the prices to me very well that at the end I did not over pay. They had a lot of patience with me and made sure that I was getting the best care. I would highly recommend them to everybody that I know. I will definitely let my friends and family know and I will be coming back to them for my yearly examinations. Not only are they close to my house but they have great staffing.
