Dr. Nguyen was amazing, kind, compassionate, professional, and knowledgeable. Unfortunately, the reception provided extremely poor service. They did not wait on the insurance call for approval, and I also had to go back because they mistakenly gave me a form with the wrong name. On top of that, the receptionist seemed upset rather than trying to be nice or take responsibility for the mistakes. A simple smile and a more professional attitude could go a long way, especially when a patient has to return three times because of office errors. I will come back because of Dr. Nguyen, particularly if the reception improves their behavior, gains more experience, or try to smile.

I've been a patient here for years and wholeheartedly recommend this practice. Dr. Nguyen is, without a doubt, the best eye doctor in Houston. I consistently drive across town just to see him and his wonderfully friendly staff. The office is always clean and welcoming, and they are excellent at keeping appointments running on time. As a healthcare provider myself, I recognize truly great care--and this is an amazing office.

I've been seeing Dr. Nguyen for a couple of years now, and I can honestly say he's one of the best eye doctors I've ever had. He's always patient, thorough, and takes the time to explain everything in detail. You can tell he really cares about his patients and their eye health, not just getting you in and out quickly. The staff is also super friendly and helpful every time I visit. I always feel comfortable and well taken care of -- highly recommend him to anyone looking for a trustworthy, knowledgeable eye doctor!

Extremely poor service. Both receptionists are poor representation of this practice. My husband had an appointment here, was told he had no coverage on contacts when in fact he did. They said it'd take 30 days for the trial pair to be ready, 30 days pass, no communication until I called and they said there was a delay. Next day they send a text to say contacts are ready. I called to confirm so I don't waste my time driving. When I arrive, only then do they say an appointment is necessary to pick up a trial pair?? Extremely rude customer service, continued to argue with me after I asked to speak with a doctor. Pure lack of education, lack of customer service. Will not return.

Exceptional service! Staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. And they accepted walk-in's which was very accommodating to my work schedule.

20/10! Excellent and very prompt customer service. Dr. Nguyen and assistant were very kind and professional from the moment I called to schedule until I walked out the office. I want to thank the doctor especially for explaining all procedures and making sure I was comfortable with them throughout the visit. It was tough to find such a great and affordable doctor since I did not use insurance but here we are. I recommend and will definitely return!
