I was referred to the office by one of my good friends. Dr. Glickman was very kind and thorough with my visit today. I'm so happy to have found a doctor that I can trust with my eyes!

Dr Glickman is great. Very professional, knowledgeable and cares about her patients. She and her staff are friendly and make patients feel comfortable and confident in their treatment.

Dr. Victoria Glickman is the best optometrist I have yet to visit in the USA. She is very detailed composed and professional. As long as I am in the Houston metro, Dr. Victoria Glickman will be my optometrist.

Dr Glickman is very thorough and spent a lot of time with me. Gaby explained the eye tests that she was doing on me. Everyone in the office is very friendly and professional.

First time going and it was a fantastic experience! Dr. Glickman was fantastic and thorough. Answered all of the questions I had and left there knowing more than when I walked in. The front staff were very helpful and friendly as well. Will definitely come back as well as bring my family.

I have used InSight EyeCare for over 30 years. All of the Doctors I have seen are very knowledgeable and provide understandable explanations of conditions. Highly recommend if you're looking for professional eye care.

Let me be extremely clear: this was one of the most blatantly uncomfortable and racially charged customer experiences I've had in any optometry setting. When I walked in, not a single person acknowledged me. No greeting, no "welcome," nothing. The staff who all appeared to be white women, by the way looked at me and then looked away like I wasn't even worth speaking to. I turned to look at the tiny selection of glasses (literally one short wall, nothing special), and suddenly an older woman rushed up behind me with, "How may I help you?" Before I could even respond, her next sentence was: "I need your ID." No explanation. No context. Just a demand for my identification the moment she decided to acknowledge I existed. When I questioned why she needed my ID just for looking at glasses, she told me the store "was broken into" so they "have to ask for all customers' IDs." She then tried to rattle off technical optometry terminology in a tone so condescending it almost made me laugh especially considering I'm an optician who works in California. She had absolutely no idea who she was talking down to. The other workers just stared and said nothing. No one stepped in. No one apologized. No one tried to correct the situation. The silence spoke volumes. The entire interaction felt targeted, uncomfortable, and rooted in assumptions she made the moment I walked in. It was disrespectful from beginning to end. I will never return, and I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone, especially people of color.

Dr Glickman and her staff are wonderful and professional. I appreciate the advanced testing equipment and time taken to educate me on my eye care.
