Very welcoming and helpful staff. I was quite nervous walking in as I had just exited the clinic next door and haven't worn glasses for a while. Brenda was very helpful and knowledgeable throughout the entire process of getting my frames. I selected 5 pairs and she helped me picked the best one that complimented my eye structure all while staying within my budget! Brenda was amazing and I am glad to have gotten frames with added accessories for a good price!

I Greatly appreciate my experience today and it couldn't have gone any better without the help of an employee named Johnathan. I had made my prescription in Aug and here it is December where I am now finding the time to go pay for it! Johnathan was so helpful to find my prescription and even though my file did not contain the frames I picked, he gave me the clue I needed to help me remember the ones I wanted. He explained prices to me and broke it down so I could understand and there would be no surprises. I couldn't wait to get to a place where I could sit and write this review. This review is long overdue. I have never experienced such excellent customer service as I did with LensCrafters Willowbrook. I purchased a pair of glasses back in January at this location but unfortunately my prescription needed to be changed multiple times exceeding their normal grace period for remakes. The entire staff worked with me in getting the right prescription for my eyes and my new glasses are amazing. Thank you for displaying great customer service.
