My experience at LensCrafters was amazing! Kaylyn was an amazing person to help me to pick out sunglasses that I wanted to get. She was very helpful and patient at my choices and helping me pick from multiple options different colors. Then finally pick one out on her good support and knowledge letting me know they were good. Definitely would be going again best service and when y'all go its in Macy's ask for Kaylyn and she will get you right on what your looking for.

Horrible experience. I made a purchase and waited for it to arrive. Two weeks later, I went to go pick them up. the person who works there accidentally broke them when she tried to adjust them. She promised to expedite the replacement order. Two weeks later still no glasses. I waited another week (3rd promise by date) and told the same person who works there to just cancel the order as it's been over a month. She said ok. Two weeks after that. Still. No. Refund. No glasses. I had to call Macys more than 10 time thru all of this & Lens Crafters so many times I've lost count. I spoke to 3 Macys representative today alone in an effort for resolution. Finally. After 6 weeks one of the Macys reps was able to contact the Macys store and a refund was finally issued. WILL NEVER TRY TO PURCHASE FROM THEM AGAIN.

ALEXIA FLORES is the store manager of this location and she is truly amazing with her knowledge, professionalism and customer service. I've never been so educated on how to purchase frames and lenses. She went above and beyond with my purchase for my meta glasses she kept me informed of the delays in ordering and she kept her promise that as soon as she was able to order she would let me know and she called me today to come purchase them. My insurance is out of network with LensCrafters but I would pay any price to have the shopping experience I had with Alexia.
