Great service! Father and son run business. Everyone was very friendly and professional. Dr. Allen answered all my questions and offered professional opinions. The young lady helping select glasses went above and beyond with a great attitude. I received the same great service when I picked up my glasses.

This place was great. Dr. Chin was efficient and effective. I have a high prescription and am pretty self conscious. He immediately made me comfortable. Lucrative the tech was excellent. She was patient and professional

Update: The office manager Lixi contacted me the next Monday, she was very polite and professional, resolved the issue, and helped me finish my glasses order! Glad to see Dr. Chin's office even though not owned by Dr. Chin anymore, they still keep the same standard to care for their patients. Original: We have seen Dr. Chin for years, he is awesome. However his office doesn't always do things in the correct way for customers. Today we had experience a very rude Assistant Manger Grace Gordon. The offices messed up my family's appointments, I tried to talk to her about this, but she was so rude. So I told her let's stop talking, I 'd like to talk to Dr. Chin, I have plans for tonight, and 3 kids waiting for me in the car. She said:" I have plenty of time, I am here until 6 today." In a very rude way. Then I told her just let me finish payment with ordering my glasses I want to order, I need to go, Grace refused to! She insisted on blocking the lady who is helping me with my glass order. I gave up, not ordering anything, just left. Never met someone who serve customer like this. The mistake the office made was a long story, basically they made me did a Ortho-K lenses check up when I didnt ask for it, but they made me think it is due now. We came here for annual physical which is $10, but they just throw Ortho-K lenses check up, not asking if we would like to do that, so I thought I don't have an option! Initially it was lifetime which scheduled me the appointment, saying we are overdue for $10 annual physical!!! Then They asked me to pay for both annual and Ortho- K today. Not happy about having to pay the extra $139 with no reason. On top of that, I had to deal with a rude office personnel! WOW! But honestly Dr. Chin is trustworthy, too bad he hired such employees who made mistakes then handle that with rudeness. I hope he gets to know what his employee is doing to his loyal customers.

Dr. Chin is a wonderful eye doctor. My experience for the last 25+ years has been nothing but super. His staff has been kind! Give Dr. Chin and his son, Dr. Allen a try!

This clinic changed management company. I requested prescription but the staff said print out has some issues and promised to send me an email copy at end of day. Never sent to me. I called and left message, never replied. Their website prescription link also not working. Disgusting service now.
