Look Eye Care TX in Houston is FANTASTIC! Especially Dr Jenny Nguyen. She diagnosed my eye damage and administered the best treatment plan. In 5 days my eye was completely repaired, back to the status it was prior to the damage. Dr Nguyen is a saint. Absolutely the brightest personality and smile. She is on her A game and destined for a wonderful career in optometry+++. Staff is awesome and amazing too.

Overpriced for what you are getting. I moved from my old location and thought about going to a different eye doctor. I have insurance but the service was just average. The biggest thing that bugged me was that I had the simplest prescription and plastic frames and it's taken over 10 days to receive them. At 14 days that's when they message you about your glasses, but that's half a month! Just my gripe. I didn't add on anything additional. Plus the pricing was outrageous. I paid over 140 for ONE pair of glasses with a prescription that was light and simplest lenses (no transitions etc...). They tried making the price 270+ at first with all the premium add ons I did not ask for. It maybe best to just do your test here, get your prescription, and order from a different place. At least you can get tracking updates and notifications instead of waiting quite a while for them.

I can't express enough how wonderful my experience has been at Look Eye Care, particularly with Dr. Vu and her exceptional team. Even after relocating out of state, I make it a priority to return to Houston for my eye exams and new glasses. Their kindness, compassion, and comprehensive care make it a truly five-star experience.

Doctor Vu and her team give outstanding customer service. Doctor Vu always remembers me. The staff really takes time to make sure you have all of your questions answered, even when it takes me like 30 minutes to decide which new frames I want. The entire staff is very professional. I always look forward to my annual eye exam and getting my new glasses so quickly. Thank you Look Eye care team.

I had a great experience at Look Eye Care! Dr. Nguyen is incredibly friendly and thorough. She took the time to clearly explain every step of my exam and even helped me save money by finding rebates from different contact lens brands. The office is beautiful, clean, and modern, and the entire team is so welcoming. Highly recommend this office!

I went to see Dr. Nguyen at Look Eye Care for my first eye check-up in decades! Dr. Nguyen was very knowledgeable and informative in explaining the status of my eyes. She was very thorough and answered any questions I had on how to take better care of my eyes. The office was very clean and organized. Everyone was incredibly helpful in assisting me pick the right pair of glasses for my face. They have a very extensive and cute selection to pick from! I purchased my first pair of glasses from them and I'm obsessed with how they look. Luckily they take FSA/HSA too. I highly recommend Look Eye Care for anyone looking for their ideal optometrist. I had a great experience! The place is very cozy and neat. You will be greeted with friendly staff. I love listening to Dr. Nguyen. as she gave a very informative session. Very knowledgeable eye doctor. I enjoyed every minute! I would highly recommend this place!
