Lucious Randle Jr PA

I have gone to Dr. Randle for years, he is an exceptional Doctor! He took the time to ensure my level of comfort was met. I received a follow up call from his office staff. Once Dr. Randle understood it was me on the phone he picked up. Walked me through all of my questions and again the follow up visit was just as pleasant as my initial procedure. I see a lot of people in the waiting room whenever I go there. One would expect a long wait period but this is never the case. My appointment time is always met with accuracy, politeness and professionalism. I would refer Dr. Randle to all of my friends and family.

I have always had a great experience with Dr. Randle and his staff. I initially was referred over by my primary care doctor for a second opinion about a diagnosis my (former) optometrist made. Dr. Randle opined and I followed his course of treatment with satisfactory resolution. That was 3yrs ago and I, as well as my family, have gone to him ever since. I am not sure what the poster giving one star experienced but he is professional and to the point. They are very accommodating to my schedule as well. I feel very confidant in his care.

Dr. Randle was professional, proficient and efficient! Not only does he know his craft, but he is personable and has a great personality! He makes you feel comfortable, as well. I had eye surgery that went very well. No complaints. His staff is inviting, kind and efficient, also.

Do Not Use This Doctor!!! Below, are a list of reasons why you simply should 'NEVER' step foot in his office. 1. I asked him to explain something regarding Glaucoma for a clearer understanding. He became very angry. He stated that he had already explained that to me. (...that was seven years ago. I needed him to explain it again.) I simply asked him if he could explain it again. He did, reluctantly. 2. He was arrogant, rude, and very short when speaking to me. 3.He made absolutely no eye contact with me. 4. He acted as though he was in a hurry. He made very fast/jerky moves as he examined my eyes. ....seemed angry. 5. He didn't even smile or speak when he entered the examination room, and just kind of rushed out upon completion of the exam. He was obnoxious and unprofessional, to say the least. I will be reporting this A...hole to The American Academy of Ophthalmology as well.

Very rude and unprofessional my children will not be going back to him. He is very disrespectful and was rude to my family. His attitude SUCKS and he shouldn't be allowed to practice. DO NOT GO TO THIS RUDE DOCTOR. His staff is very friendly but he is not. I will NEVER recommend him to anyone. No one should be treated the way he treated us. As a Doctor I expected more but he showed that he is very Ignorant. SAD.. He was upset that my 1yr old wouldn't sit down. He wasn't doing anything wrong even another patient said he was wrong for being disrespectful because my child did nothing wrong. I'm am beyond heated and just left without him examing my other children because of his behavior. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME GOING TO HIM.

Went with a friend to this eye appointment, first time she went to this doctor. He was very rude and very unprofessional towards her. She asked him a question about the non examination that he was supposed to be doing, and he got upset because she asked a question. And told her to not come back and she told him she had no intentions of coming back,because she feels he did not know what he was talking about.His assistant had dilated her eyes when she first got there and when he cane into the room he told her , her eyes were not dialated but yet he called himself examining her eyes anyway. And again got mad because she asked him about her eyes and got even madder when she asked about a copy of what he says he did, because he did not answer any of her questions. So I would not recommend that anyone see this doctor at all.

Very disappointed with the lack of respect for patient's time- One hour wait for a 10 minute "exam". I've been a patient over the years and it appears he is only interested in doing procedures and not routine eye exams. I suggest he limit his practice in that regard. Dismissive and rushed and unwilling to answer questions ... will not return to this dr.

Great Doctor and friendly staff. After several years of care with Dr. Randle, I moved to Southern Maryland. His assistance after the move saved me a lot of anxiety. Thank you very much for your help Doctor both then and now.
