I can't judge them basic off service. Since I couldn't even get someone not to place me on hold. I'm going to assume since they're busy with lots of patients. They must be really good , I believe the lady on the phone needs an assistant. Cause apparently she handling the patients in the waiting area and phones. Even then she was extremely polite and welcoming. But I need someone who can provide me service with my unusual schedule. All in all this basic off phone conversations.
