Antionette was very good at assisting me with spending my FSA money on the last day that it was due and orchestrated getting the money spent before I lost the money. Her and partners of Majestic worked with me very patiently to make sure that I was taken care of. I love their customer service always pleasant and helpful.

Pam went above and beyond, delivering my glasses to my home and making several trips. Beyond that, her expertise, culled over decades of doing this kind of work, including working in an eyeglass lens lab herself, is obvious and far superior to the help that I was getting at Visionworks when it came to adjusting the fit of my glasses. Majestic Optical was also the only place that was even willing to place lenses in the frameless pair of glasses that I offered; I was turned down again and again by the other stores and chains, who had the means of accommodating my request, but just didn't want to, as a matter of policy, just to protect their own liability. I'm so glad that I found their new location: they did a great job and they have my business for life!

Great service today. I scratched my lenses and called Majestic because they were nearest to me and first on the list in my google search. Antoinette answered right away and helped me through the process of understanding their same day process, cost, and getting replacement lenses ordered. They had many trendy brand name frames in stock and I plan to visit again at year-end following my next eye exam when I have more time.

The customer service that you receive is above and beyond. I have been purchasing my eyewear here for many years. Pam and Antoinette are the best. They have a wide selection of eyewear and will definitely take good care of you. I suggest you stop by to see them you won't regret it.

I walked in to see if I could get my glasses repaired. I had spoken to a woman by the name of Antoinette over the phone, and she told me to come in and she will see what she can do. Antoinette reattached one of my lenses, cleaned both lenses and replaced my nose bridge. I appreciate the welcoming energy of this place and the expertise that all the staff has. Next time I need new glasses, I am coming here!

I have known Pam and Antoinette for approximately 15 years. I followed them when they left Sears Optical to start their own business. The reason I followed them is because they are approachable, friendly, kind and very professional. Highly recommend for your optical products!!!!!
