where do i even start. from the staff to the rude receptionist in the front whom believes she has the upper hand to be treating customers horribly is probably why this place has a one star rating. she constantly adds on to my prescription when i dont even need it. me & family members are VICTIMS to her work. she has not only messed up my vision, but now i have to go back and figure out what i can do to fix my vision as it has worsen due to her excessively adding on to my prescription when NOT needed. mind you i wear my glasses every single day. it's not even a small amount, but a HUGE difference in my prescription. i will be finding a new optometrist due to this. if i could rate this place a negative 0 i would. seek elsewhere to take your children and yourself before she severely messes up your vision too. this place is horrible.

I been going to Dr. Martha Ortega Diaz ever since I was young, as well as for my brother and sister. She spends her time to explain and reiterate the diagnosis in a friendly manner. I always have a great visit and the doctor's demeanor has really put me at ease so I highly recommend this clinic.

It was great the first 2 years afterwards I'm not sure what happened but it's horrible now. I'm still waiting for my contacts it's been over a month. The receptionist all tell you different things and they never answer the phone.

Worst service ever, they take forever. They ask for you to come 15 minutes before your appointment but they take like an hour or so to call you. But if you are late they are mad and they will make you reschedule.

They take forever giving you the glasses they have excuses after excuses!! Never again will I go there !

They always take long I've been waiting for about 2 hours to be called , there is a few seats and people are standing up

El servicio de el personal pesimo! Me atendieron a mi nina de 4 anos muy mal, ( groseras)No limpian es desagradable el ambiente, no parece clinica sino un casa grande bueno literal es una casa ni siquiera hicieron una remodelacion Horrible lugar no vayan!!!

No me gusto la verdad pero cada kien con sus gustos pero muy groseros no parese una clinica
