The service from the nurse who took the test was very professional and knowledgeable. Dr. Olga Korlyar was amazing. I was very pleased with her service. Unfortunately I do not have positive reviews for the front desk agent with glasses. She was a bit rude. No customer service skills. I did not feel comfortable being service by her.

I absolutely DO NOT recommend Dr. Phan at Master Eye Associates. I had a very disappointing experience when I visited for a simple eye exam form needed for my job. Dr. Phan was unprofessional and outright rude. She snatched the form from under my contact lens case, which caused the contact solution to spill onto the paper. (The dried solution is visible in the photo with two red circles.) On top of that, she refused to sign in the designated sections of the form, saying, "I am not a technician." Instead, she signed in the blank white area, leaving the required fields incomplete. When I explained those sections could not be left blank, she still refused and walked away. Thankfully, Nicole Flores at the front desk stepped in. She was incredibly polite, patient, and helpful, and I truly appreciate her assistance in getting the form completed properly. For context, I had no issues when I visited in October 2024 and saw Dr. Kotlyar. Dr. Kotlyar was professional, respectful, and had no hesitation filling out the same form correctly (as shown in the second photo). Overall, my experience with Dr. Phan was frustrating and unprofessional. I would not return to see her again!

Dr. Olga Kotlyar is an outstanding ophthalmologist. She is knowledgeable, thorough, and extremely professional. Her attention to detail and dedication to patient care truly stand out. She carefully evaluated my condition and provided clear explanations and guidance throughout the process. I felt confident and well taken care of under her supervision. I highly recommend Dr. Olga] to anyone seeking high-quality eye care.

This is the best service I have had hands down. The girls at the front desk very nice, helpful and very patient with me and my husband. We got there early because we didn't know if the traffic was going to be bad. But we got there and they were able to see us right away. The doctor, Dr. Olga Kotlyar, was very informative and knowledgeable about what I wanted and needed. Recommend them 100%. As even my husband who is not one to go to the eye doctor by himself. Was happy with the services.

First time patient. Enjoyed the service received. Staff was friendly. Shout to Dr. Kotlyar, she was patient, kind and talked in a comfortable, warm way to me like as though she was my aunt. She improved my prescription I had been using. I definitely will visit again. Thanks again Dr. Kotlyar for all your help!!

If I could give them ZERO stars I would. I've been in customer service for over 16 years and never experienced anything like this from receptionist at an eye exam. No greeting. Now welcome in. It's just straight how can I help you? I felt like a burden instead of customer AS SOON AS I WALKED IN. The energy and aura is horrible! The "manager" Nicole & Gigi both need to find another JOB to sit at and play on their phones while getting paid to work because customer service is NOT it. I WILL NEVER GO BACK and if you're reading this TAKE YOUR MONEY ELSEWHERE! Avoid them all costs! And to DR OLGA.... you might need to strongly reconsider who you have working at the front desk quickly because you are losing customers and will continue to if this is not addressed... IGNORE THIS MESSAGE if you like. It's your money not mine. Just know I gave you a heads up and took my business elsewhere and had wonderful treatment.

Dr Kotlyar is always very attentive and knowledgable. Its been many years that she has helped our family with great care. We appreciate her and all the people working here very much.

Great experience!! The front desk staff were so kind. Literally held my 6 month old while I got my eyes done on the machines. And the doctor was knowledgeable and very kind!! Office could use a remodel, but staff made the experience very easy.
