Good experience. Went in for a yearly eye checkup. Professional and efficient service. Short wait. Close to my house. Nothing not to like . Lots of high tech, modern diagnostics. I recommend.

I do not recommend this location. This is the second hiccup i've had this year. The first one was incorrect delivery of my contacts. I came in today for an emergency appt as I think I have an eye infection I've been dealing with all week. The person I spoke with over the phone stated I would not have to pay anything since this was a medical appt. so get there and the receptionist told me otherwise. She informed me so would not be using my vision insurance but medical instead and I would have to pay $65-$200. I made sure before scheduling if I needed to pay anything as I do not have the funds. Turns out they do not accept my health insurance. I've been in pain all week and now have to suffer all weekend until I can find another place to go to next week. Mind you I left work early for this appointment it was a complete inconvenience and a waste of my time.

Dr Emily was friendly, polite, and explained everything. Staff also had good customer service attitude.

I want to thank the entire staff at the Eldridge/Memorial location. The atmosphere and professionalism made another Annual appointment worthy of my time. From the start of the exam with the Assistance, the Dr. and then with Glasses personal/expert knowledge is another important aspect of returning to this location. Appreciating their time to explain every eye exam picture, concerns if any and professional advice on future issues. I enjoyed trying on a new glasses frame, especially with the positive feedback on which glasses looked best. I appreciate ALL of the people that saw me for this last appointment on June 12, 2025.

Terrible makers of eye ware, who ever does their lenses. I will not return, and I have been a patient for 18 years and my experience with them has gone downhill in the last 2 years as far as the quality of lenses. Whoever makes their lenses is terrible. The quality is lacking greatly as far as following the designated prescription. Also, they are not the least expensive in town but returned for the quality of the doctor's examination. The doctors are great here as I have been examined by all of them. I recently picked up a set of glasses and right off the bat I could tell something was wrong. I was told by a fitting technician to give it sometime and "your" eyes will adjust. B.S in my opinion. I live a 4 hours' drive away now, so I have taken my business elsewhere. Not worth the travel anymore to get a substandard product.

I just had an eye exam with Antonio, and I can't say enough good things about the experience! He made me feel so comfortable and took the time to explain everything thoroughly, which really put me at ease. His directions were clear and easy to follow, and his customer service is top-notch. I honestly wish I had come here sooner the whole staff is amazing. I highly recommend Antonio for anyone looking for a great, professional, and friendly experience! Doctors are very thorough and take the time to explain tests and results, as well as answer questions.

DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION!!!! For the record, I have been using these guys for 10 years prior to this mess up. I went in to get new lenes for my glasses. My order said it should be ready by the 4th of July. I called on July 3rd knowing it was a holiday and asked if they will have my order ready on time. They said that they had not come in yet and due to the holiday, it could be Monday of that following week. I called the following Tuesday and ask about my lenes and talked to a Courtney who said that the lenes had a chip in them and that they put a rush on this so I should have them by Friday. I asked Courtney WHY am I having to call on this. Should you have NOT called me to update me that they had messed up and chipped my lenes? She said she was on vacation that week. I asked her about a backup? Should someone else from the office have been instructed to call and update me on the delay? In any case, I had to call today and ask about the status update and if they were going to be ready by this Friday and was told by Courtney again today that unfortunately, they had another issue and it is being delayed again. You can't make this stuff up!!!!!! I ask for my frames and original lenes be sent back over night with a full refund and am being told it could be Wednesday of the following week before I get my frames and lenes back. I have delt with bad service before but this is at the top of my list now. DO NOT USE THESE GUYS. It's run by a bunch of ppl who don't know what the hell is going on. BTW, I sent you guys an email like you said on your reply below and have yet to get an email or phone call back by a manager. You guys are Unbelievable! UPDATE: They had my frames I was going to use and for some reason, they are finding everyway possible to delay the return of my property back to me. I'm about to take these guys to small claims as well as report to BBB.
