My recent visit here was really good. The facility was clean and all the staff was extremely nice. Richard and Broadrick was very helpful with my helping me with my benefits and fitting. Dr Ly was very sweet and thoroughly explained every step of the process. She was very knowledgeable. I definitely felt like they cared about my eye needs.

Extremely disappointing experience. I paid for my contacts and waited two weeks with no updates. I called after the first week and was told to wait 7-10 days. After 14 days passed, I called multiple times with no response or call back. When someone finally answered, I was told my order hadn't even been placed because they were waiting for me to try a trial pair--something no one had contacted me about.
To make matters worse, they rushed me to come pick up the contacts with only 20 minutes before closing. The lack of communication, accountability, and urgency was completely unacceptable. The entire service was unprofessional. The eye doctor at Walmart has better service at this point.

The staff were all professional and kind. Dr Diana Ly was the best!!! This is an update, the leg on my eye wear broke off from the frame. I went there hoping for a repair to be done. I was asked if I had taken insurance. To which I answered no. Then, I was told I'd have to pay $170 for a new frame! Do I look like I'm crazy to pay $170 every 6-7 months for bad workmanship on eye glasses?! I declined, she returned my glasses and told me they were unrepairable. At the same time, she hands me a card and tells me the company listed on the card does repairs on glasses and maybe they can fix! Now these glasses, a few moments ago were unrepairable ! Daylight robbery for sure. In previous years, I've had my eye wear from Walmart, I've NEVER had a situation such as this, no matter how cheap my frames were. I took my frames, got home pulled out the quick glue, rolled the sharp point on the glasses and pushed the end of the leg into it and voila! The unrepairable was repaired! Don't believe anything people tell you, often times they just want to extract money from you! I guess I'll be dealing with Walmart from here on.

I first went to Stanton optical right down the street and it was horrible! Glad I found this place instead..Dr. To is the best and made my experience even better than I expected. This was my very first eye doctor visit and she was so sweet and patient. I didn't feel rushed like most doctors tend to do. She listened to my complaints and delivered just what I needed. During his exam he was asked if he wanted to do tale an image of his eye, my son is scared of going to the Doctors and declined, however during his eye exam with Dr To, she remembered that he likes Pokemon and brought him a Pokemon card. Her soft and gentle voice earned my son's trust and she asked if he wanted to try to take the image and my son agreed on his own. He said she is nice, this is the first time he has ever made the decision on his own and I appreciate Dr. To for her great service and staff.
