Efficient and friendly service and appear to have latest technology for understanding vision issues. This was my first time at this location. Dr Khong is very thorough and what I really appreciate is determining a balance between vision needs the patient lifestyle. Offered numerous options and ultimately let the patient choose. I no longer will miss any future appointments.

It pains me to write this review, because the staff here is generally nice. And I understand that most people love this place, but unfortunately, I've never really had a positive experience at Memorial Eye Center. Last year when I needed contacts, I was in a situation where I needed to give my credit card information over the phone while a staff member wrote down the info and promised me that the contacts would be ordered. Fast forward a week or so, and it turns out that not only were the contacts never ordered, the piece of paper my cc info was written on had disappeared. Yikes! This year, I visited them on June 17 for my exam. I also ordered my contacts. I was told they would call me the following week when the contacts were in. While I was there, I also tried picking up my wife's contacts, which had been promised days before. It turns out, they never placed her order! They rush ordered them, and I was able to pick them up the following week. When I returned the following week to pick up my wife's contact lenses, I also inquired about mine. They told me they weren't ready and that they would notify me when they came in. A couple of weeks later, no one is answering the phone. Finally, today, July 5, I was able to get a hold of someone. I was told the contacts were in. What?! Why wasn't I notified?? Why do I constantly have to hound my optometrist for my wife's and my contacts? Again, I've never had a positive experience here. At this point, my wife and I probably need to take our business elsewhere, where the staff members are more on top of things.

I have been coming to this optical place for the past 3 years. Dr Bui is such a wonderful and caring doctor. She is very thorough in her exams to an accurate result with my glasses. The staff is friendly and Maggie gave me such an excellent service selecting my glasses and placing my order for them. Dino is also a very excellent person. I had him before and he is great as well. I'm very happy with my results at this place and I highly recommend it!
