I recently had an eye exam with Dr. Farah Nasser, and the experience was nothing short of exceptional! The clinic's vibe is professional yet super welcoming, instantly putting me at ease. I was there to renew my contacts and tried them out for the first time. Dr. Nasser's expertise and thoroughness truly blew me away. She didn't rush the appointment, taking time to ensure I was completely happy and comfortable with my new contacts. Really went above and beyond to see what my concerns were. The results have been amazing - my vision has significantly improved, and my blurry vision is a thing of the past, thanks to the perfect contacts she prescribed. Not only was Dr. Nasser fantastic, but her team was very kind and professional as well, providing an accommodating and friendly atmosphere. I'm incredibly thankful for the top-notch service. Dr. Nasser is not just a great eye care provider, but someone who genuinely cares about her patients. I highly recommend her and her team for anyone in need of quality eye care.

My experience at Meyerland Family Eye Care was amazing. I didn't have an appointment but they took me in that same day! The exam was fast and the doctor was very nice. He explained everything thoroughly and answered all my questions. I'm very happy with my experience here and will be coming back.

The doctor here is honest and helpful. She was fast and thorough. She also explained specific issues she wanted me to watch out for and to improve. Every time I go to her she specifically looks to see for improvement and tells me what is needed. She is not pushy or forceful and the location is very convenient!

I am super satisfied with the service of this eye doctor office, the front desk staff explain everything about all the different procedures and prices, Dr. Nasser is great at explaining and going over everything I need to know about my eyes health, she's such a great doctor I totally recommend her, and all her providers. I will definitely be going back really really soon

Dr. Nasser is so detailed and takes extra good care. She explained my eye issues very thoroughly. I will def make this my primary eye care moving forward. Great staff and excellent service.

I visited this practice for the first time after dealing with rude and unorganized staff for 2 years somewhere else so decided I had enough of them and decided to come here instead - The Doctor was kind and patient with me, my first interaction with front staff was great & the ladies we're friendly. Overall a good experience so I will be returning for all my eye care needs/checkups.

Beware!!! This place is under new management I've been coming to this location for over 20 years with the previous management ( doctor ). I was given on my first visit contacts that I specifically told the doctor that they did not agree with my eyes. I came back for the contacts I had originally requested that I had used for the last 20 years and they did not have the right prescription so I had to come back another day to pick them up. After I received the two trial contacts I came to see the doctor and was told that it would be an additional charge since I had already gotten my two visits. At the end I left frustrated bc my vision is not 20/20. Avoid this place at all cost.

AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS!!! I took my sister to get an eye exam and once I walked in there the front desk girl looked at me dirty and gave me attitude. The rest of the staff was extremely nice except her. I called asking to speak to the doctor, but it was her who answered and once again she was still rude over the phone and hung up on me. This is unacceptable.
